Today, we say goodbye to a very special member of our team as our Office Superintendent, Anwar Afridi Sahib, retires from dedicated service.

He has been the backbone of our office keeping things organized, supporting the team, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. His hard work, patience, and kind nature have made a big difference in all of us.

We will truly miss his presence, his guidance, and his quiet strength. It’s not easy to say goodbye, but we are happy he now gets to enjoy a well-earned retirement.

Thank you, Sir for everything you’ve done. Wishing you all the best in this new chapter!

Today on 24/07/2024 Project director Mr.Mohammad Ali of MAI Forestry Sector Project "Wildlife Component" along with DFO extension and coordination Mr. Haleem and DFO monitoring madam Maria marjan visits to construction site of SDFO office Ekkaghund Mohmand.

Upon direction of Hon'ble DFO Khyber SO Khyber & wildlife staff of Khyber Wildlife Division World Biodiversity Day (22 May 2024) with the theme “ be part of the plan”, was celebrated by Khyber Wildlife Division in colaboration with Govt High school sama ghari Bara Sub Division.
Importance of Biodiversity was highlighted so as to create awareness among students and teachers about these deficit natural resources. Khyber wildlife division is striving hard to invlove communities in general and students in specific to play important role in conservation of Biodiversity.
Additionally the day serve as an opportunity to mobilize stakeholder including teachers, students, governments, NGO, and the public to take collective action toward safeguarding these Natural Resources.

Upon instruction of Dfo Mohmand, social organizer of MAI project Sikandar khan and SDWO of lower Mohmand Mr. Mohammad Shoaib along with other wildlife officials of Mohmand Wildlife Division celebrated world biodiversity day 2024 with the theme "BE PART OF PLAN" at government high school Nahqi. Principal along with teachers welcome us warmly, show his support and cooperation with us regarding biodiversity day celebration.
Social organizer gives brief details regarding the theme and importance of biodiversity day throughout world. Mr. Mohammad Shoaib delivery a detailed lecture on biodiversity ( wildlife, forest) and the positives and negatives consequences on humans lives.
At last questions of teachers and students was answered.

Minutes of the meeting regarding DPRC to discuss / Review court cases of Forestry, Environment and Wildlife Department in light of the Provincial Litigation Policy 2018 and PMRU instructions

Meeting of the committee for the above cited meeting was held in the office of Project Director MAIP and discussed court cases of the Project.
There are 04 total cases against the project. Detail of cases along with status were discussed and reproduced as under.
1. Johar Mohmmad vs Sher Wali contractor.
The cases in arguments stage and all replies have been submitted though this case is not against the Wildlife Department directly but this si against the Contractor Whom construction work of Wildlife Range Prang Ghar has been awarded.

2. Hamid Khan VS Secretary Wildlife etc.

This case is against the Wildlife Department of where worthy Secretary, Deputy Commissioner Mohmand, Senior Member board of Revenue Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Cheif Conservator Wildlife Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Project Director MAIP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar.

In this case court has regularly been attended and vetted reply has been submitted. All date of court cases has regularly been attended by representative of the MAIP and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department.

3. Mohmmad Siddique Hidar Qureshi VS. Mohmmad Ali and others is a case of early eviction of office premises due to faulty structure of building. The owner went to court and regular hearings are continued in the subject matter. Vetted Reply has been submitted to the court. Last day of hearing where court attended was 12.12.2023.

4. Ameer Zada vs. Assistant Commissioner Lower Mohmand, Secretary Forestry, Environment and Wildlife Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Senior member board of revenue and estate department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar, Cheif Conservator Wildlife Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar, Project Director MAIP Wildlife Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Additional Deputy Commissioner Mohmand Ghalanai,
Naib Tehsildar Lower Mohmand Yakka Ghund.

In this case all court cases are regularly attended by representatives of MAIP and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department. Vetted reply have been submitted to the court. Next date of hearing is

Mr. Haleem Khan Marwat, DFO Wildlife Coordination and Extension MAIP, held a meeting with GIS Analyst and Assistant Civil Engineer in the Office of Project Director MAI, he was breifed regarding Constructions and acquired land at Merged Districts.
