PMRU Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Performance Management & Reforms Unit (PMRU), Office of the Chief Secretary Government of Khyber Pak Staff sanctioned by SNG include;

The Performance Management & Reforms Unit (PMRU), is established in the office of the Chief Secretary by Capt(R) Farrukh Attique, Principal Staff Officer, Office of the Chief Secretary and Dr. Altamash Janjua, Deputy Coordinator (Technical), Reforms Implementation Cell, Office of the Chief Secretary. The PMRU is designed to monitor and manage performance of government departments both at the district and the provincial level. Several initiatives with support of Directorate of IT and ST&IT Department have been spearheaded by the PMRU which include:

Online File Tracking System
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Citizen Portal
GIS based Provincial Control Room

PMRU Welcomes the 46th Mid-Career Management Course Delegation

The Performance Management & Reforms Unit (PMRU), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, had the pleasure of hosting a 28-member delegation of Grade-18 officers from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Azad Jammu & Kashmir, participating in the 46th Domain Specific (Mid-Career Management Course) organized by the Pakistan Provincial Services Academy (PPSA), Peshawar, under the Pakistan Academy for Rural Development (PARD).

The visit was arranged as part of the participants' field learning to expose them to innovative governance reforms and IT-driven public service initiatives undertaken by PMRU.

During the session, Mr. Shayan Ali, Deputy Director, PMRU, delivered a comprehensive briefing and presentation, highlighting PMRU's mandate, key initiatives, digital governance reforms, performance management systems, and the Unit's role in improving public service delivery across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
