آج سرفراز علی انچارج ایگریکلچر افیسر ٹوپی اور ایگریکلچر انسپکٹر بخت زمین ،نے کسانوں کی رجسٹریشن کے سلسلے میں مینی کا فیلڈ وزٹ کیا۔
دورانِ وزٹ نعیم خان کے ڈیرے پر مقامی زمینداران و کسانوں کا ایک اجتماع منعقد کیا گیا، جس میں محکمہ زراعت کی مختلف سرگرمیوں، کسان رجسٹریشن اور اس کے فوائد کے حوالے سے شرکاء کو تفصیلی آگاہی فراہم کی گئی۔
اس موقع پر کسانوں کو رجسٹریشن کے طریقۂ کار کے بارے میں رہنمائی فراہم کی گئی اور موقع پر ہی رجسٹریشن کا عمل مکمل کیا گیا۔
آج مجموعی طور پر 25 کسانوں کی رجسٹریشن کی گئی۔

ڈسٹرکٹ ڈائریکٹر زراعت سوات ڈاکٹر افتخار احمد کی خصوصی ہدایات پر انچارج تحصیل بریکوٹ نعیم خان نے بریکوٹ میں محکمہ زراعت کی جانب سے لگائے گئے آف سیزن پیاز کے نمائشی پلاٹ کا معائنہ کیا۔
اس موقع پر نعیم خان نے زمینداروں سے ملاقات کی اور انہیں پیاز کی فصل کی بہتر دیکھ بھال، بروقت آبپاشی اور زیادہ پیداوار کے حصول کے حوالے سے ضروری رہنمائی فراہم کی۔
نعیم خان نے کہا کہ یہ ایک اچھی قسم کا تخم ہے اور امید ہے کہ اس نمائشی پلاٹ سے اچھی پیداوار حاصل ہوگی۔ محکمہ زراعت کی جانب سے اس پلاٹ کا مقصد یہ جانچنا ہے کہ آف سیزن پیاز کی یہ کاشت سوات کے موسمی حالات میں کس حد تک کامیاب رہتی ہے اور مستقبل میں اسے زمینداروں کے لیے فروغ دیا جا سکتا ہے یا نہیں۔
محکمہ زراعت سوات کی جانب سے اس طرح کے نمائشی پلاٹوں کے ذریعے جدید اور بہتر زرعی طریقوں کو فروغ دینے اور زمینداروں کو زیادہ منافع بخش فصلوں کی طرف راغب کرنے کے لیے عملی اقدامات جاری ہیں۔

A one-day field day was organized by the Directorate of Soil and Plant Nutrition (DSPN) held at Bonni sub station, Chitral under the ADP Project “Surveillance on Pesticides and Fertilizer Adulteration in KP (Phase II), with more participation from female farmers The event highlighted sustainable agriculture through biomass energy production and composting using agricultural waste. Farmers were practically trained in energy briquette making, while also being introduced to biofertilizers and integrated management practices as eco-friendly alternatives to conventional inputs. Technical support for the energy briquettes program was provided by UET Peshawar.

سرکل کرنل شیر کلے ایگریکلچر آفیسر احتشام الحق کی زیرِ نگرانی فیلڈ اسٹاف کا اجلاس منعقد ہوا، جس میں آئندہ سیزن کے لیے گندم کے بیج کے مقررہ ہدف، فروٹ فلائی ٹریپس کے ڈیٹا کو جی آئی ایس ہب پر اپ لوڈ کرنے اور ایشیائی ترقیاتی بینک (ADB) کے تحت ڈیجیٹل کسان رجسٹریشن کے عمل کا تفصیلی جائزہ لیا گیا۔

اجلاس میں کسانوں کی رجسٹریشن کے ساتھ ایچ بی ایل کنیکٹ (HBL Konnect) والٹ اکاؤنٹس کھولنے کے عمل پر بھی تبادلۂ خیال کیا گیا، تاکہ کسانوں کو زرعی سبسڈی اور دیگر متعلقہ سہولیات کی فراہمی کے لیے رجسٹریشن کے عمل کو مؤثر بنایا جا سکے۔

ایگریکلچر آفیسر احتشام الحق نے فیلڈ اسٹاف کو ہدایت کی کہ تمام جاری سرگرمیوں کو مقررہ اہداف کے مطابق مکمل کیا جائے اور ڈیٹا کی بروقت اپ لوڈنگ اور کسانوں کی رجسٹریشن کو یقینی بنایا جائے۔

🌱 Mega Gathering on Climate-Smart Agriculture – Shangla

Scientists from Agricultural Research Institute (ARI), Mingora Swat actively participated in a Stakeholders Engagement/Mega Gathering organized by Agriculture Extension, District Shangla, under the ADP project on Climate-Smart Agriculture.

Director ARI Mingora Swat, Dr. Roshan Ali, emphasized climate-change mitigation and adaptation strategies, foliar application of nutrients, and improvement of soil productivity through soybean cultivation and intercropping. Mr. Wasim Bilal highlighted improved techniques for nursery and orchard establishment, while Mr. Shafiullah discussed vegetable production technologies, particularly vertical trellising of tomato and other vegetable crops. Mr. Aftab Ahmad Khan shared practical guidance on insect-pest management in vegetables, particularly the control of borers and other important pests.

The mega gathering provided an excellent platform for scientist–extension–farmer interaction and dissemination of practical, climate-smart agricultural technologies.

A productive *One-Day Farmers’ Exposure Visit to Attock* was organized under KPIAIP to provide progressive farmers from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with *practical exposure to High Efficiency Irrigation Systems (HEIS),* water-saving technologies, and modern farming practices.

*Director General On-Farm Water Management Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Muhammad Hayat Khan* , participated in the visit, interacted with farmers, and encouraged the adoption of efficient irrigation practices for improved water management, farm productivity, and sustainable agriculture.
The visit also promoted farmer-to-farmer learning and practical knowledge sharing, enabling participants to explore successful technologies and practices applicable to KP.
