Closing & Certificate Distribution Ceremony – MTP-152 | 30-Day STEAM Training Program

Successful conclusion of MTP-152, a 30-day Mandatory Training Program conducted for 48 Assistant Professors from General and Commerce Colleges of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the project Center of Excellence for STEAM in KP was celebrated at HEART.

The Closing and Certificate Distribution Ceremony was graced by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Sadiq Khattak, Vice Chancellor UET Peshawar, who attended the occasion as the Chief Guest. His valuable presence and encouraging remarks added significance to the event.

The ceremony was also attended by Prof. Dr. Zahoor Jan (Project Director STEAM), Dr. Arif Khattak (Director ORIC UET Peshawar), members of the HEART Team, UET Team, and STEAM Team, along with all participants of the training program.

Mr. Javed Ali, Director HEART, congratulated the participants on successfully completing the training and appreciated the collective efforts of all stakeholders in making the program a success.

Over the past thirty days, participants engaged in a rich learning experience aimed at enhancing professional skills, innovative teaching practices, and modern educational approaches. We hope the knowledge and experiences gained during this journey will create a positive impact in classrooms across the province.

📢 Opening Ceremony of MTP-152 – 30-Day STEAM Training Program

The opening ceremony of MTP-152 was successfully held at HEART, marking the beginning of a 30-day mandatory training program for Assistant Professors from General and Commerce Colleges across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The session commenced with a warm welcome by Mr. Javed Ali, who highlighted the key objectives and various aspects of the training program, emphasizing its importance for professional development and career progression.

Prof. Dr. Zahoor Jan briefed the participants about the STEAM Project, its vision, and its role in transforming teaching and learning practices in the province.

Muhammad Bilal (Comp. Instructor at HEART) conducted an orientation session covering administrative matters to ensure smooth participation throughout the program.

Furthermore, Ms. Shaista Afridi (Training Coordinator representing UET Peshawar) delivered an insightful session on the STEAM training, its modules and their effective ex*****on.

📢 Certificate Distribution Ceremony – 30-Days STEAM Training Programme

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Higher Education Academy of Research and Training (HEART), Peshawar successfully organized the Certificate Distribution Ceremony of the 30-Days STEAM Training Programme for 50 Associate Professors of General and Commerce Colleges across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The ceremony was graced by Dr. Muhammad Israr, Secretary Higher Education Department, as Chief Guest. Prof. Dr. M. Sadiq Khattak, Vice Chancellor University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar, attended as Guest of Honor, along with Prof. Dr. Zahoor Jan, Project Director STEAM.

On this occasion, the Director HEART congratulated all participants on their successful completion of the training and appreciated their commitment to adopting innovative and technology-driven teaching practices.

The Chief Guest, Secretary HED, Dr. Muhammad Israr, also congratulated the participants and emphasized the importance of continuous professional development to enhance the quality of higher education in the province.

The Guest of Honor, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. M. Sadiq Khattak, commended HEART and the participants, highlighting the significance of STEAM education in promoting research, creativity, and interdisciplinary learning.

The 30-day training equipped participants with modern, innovative, and interdisciplinary teaching approaches under the STEAM framework, aiming to strengthen higher education in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
