6th September celebrated as a " Defence Day" in entire world. On this day Pakistani Army fought with Indian army , defeated Indians and failed their mission to capture Lahore. I pay great tribute to Shuda ,who martyred and defended Pakistan.

The Deputy Director PDMA Balochistan Mr. Asghar Ali Jamali inspecting the DRR Kits and other items provided by IRF funded by WFP for Naseerabad and Jafferabad District. However, both DCs , WFP, IRC ,officers of allied Departments were also part of the event.

On the direction of Relief Commissioner/ DG PDMA Balochistan, the Deputy Director PDMA Balochistan Mr. Asghar Ali Jamali attended Handing & taking over cermoney of DRR kits at Deputy Commissioner complex Naseerabad. The event was joined by Deputy commissioners of Naseerabad and jaferabad, Additional Commissioner Naseerabad Division,staff from UN agencies, DDMA, Relevant stakeholders, local government departments, and community members. Participants and stakeholders appreciated the interventions of PDMA Balochistan during flood -2022 & complimented the coordinated efforts and inclusiveness of communities and stakeholders.

The Deputy Director PDMA Balochistan Mr. Asghar Ali Jamali chairing the meeting of Pakistan Resilient Project ( PRP) , organized by Asian Disaster Preparedness Center ( ADPC) , at Gardenia Resort , Quetta. However, Member of NHN, PHF and local NGOs participated in the meeting. Further, Deputy Director PDMA briefed the forum in terms of preparation for Monsoon Season-2023 and also asked the stakeholders to come up with theirs plans to combat any misshapen/ emergency situations during Monsoon -2023.

The Deputy Director PDMA Balochistan Mr. Asghar Ali Jamali visited the Women Expo-2023 Season II, organized by DOCH , at ladies parda Club, Quetta. The Deputy Director PDMA visited & appreciated the efforts of different designers who came across the country and established the stall in Women Expo-2023 to promote the culture of each province of the Pakistan.

The Relief Commissioner/ DG PDMA Balochistan along with Deputy Director PDMA Balochistan Mr. Asghar Ali Jamali chairing the meeting of Humanitarian Organizations in his office in respect of Monitoring & Evaluation cost to improve Monitoring mechanism for and provide better facilitation to general public during emergencies/disasters.

The Deputy Director PDMA Balochistan Mr. Asghar Ali Jamali participated in a meeting with regards to " identifications of critical component related to Climate Change in the office of Chief Conservator Quetta. However, different departments, UNagencies , INGO, and NGOs joined the session and discussed the subject matter in details.

The Relief Commissioner/ DG PDMA Balochistan along with Deputy Director PDMA Balochistan Mr. Asghar Ali Jamali visited the flood affected areas of Panjgoor district. However, the DC Panjgoor Mr. Amjad Soomro briefed the DG PDMA and Deputy Director PDMA about damages occurred due to recent Monsoon rains/ flood in the district.
