د َ Supreme Court of Pakistan درې کسیز بنچ، جسټس شاهد وحید، جسټس نعیم اختر افغان او جسټس شکیل احمد د NA-251 (ژوب، قلعه سیف‌الله، شیراني) په اړه پرېکړه واوروله او Khushal Khan Kakar یې بریالی نوماند وګرځاوه.

دا پرېکړه د اساسي قانون او قانون د برلاسۍ او د ولسي مینډیټ د درناوي څرګندونه ده. Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party د محکمې د دې پرېکړې هرکلی کوي او د معززو قاضیانو د بې پرې او مسلکي دریځ ستاینه کوي.

ګوند د NA-251 د ولس او کارکوونکو ته مبارکي وړاندې کوي او باور څرګندوي چې خوشحال خان کاکړ به په قومي اسمبلۍ کې د خپلې سیمې او صوبې د حقونو او ستونزو لپاره اغېزمن غږ پورته کړي.

Despite the distribution of laptops under the Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme 2025 in almost all provinces, students of Balochistan are still waiting for implementation. No clear timeline has been announced by the provincial government, universities, or relevant authorities, which reflects continued neglect and unequal treatment. In today’s digital education system, laptops are a basic academic necessity, especially for students in underdeveloped regions like Balochistan where resources are already limited. We strongly urge the Government of Balochistan and the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to immediately address this delay, announce a transparent schedule, and ensure that students of Balochistan receive the same educational rights and opportunities as students in other provinces. This is not a demand for special privilege, but a call for fairness and equal access to education.

The recent decision of the Election Tribunal to suspend the earlier winning notification for NA-251 and order re-polling at 22 stations is an important step toward restoring public confidence in the electoral process. To ensure that the upcoming vote is free, fair, and transparent, it is essential that all institutions involved follow the law without pressure or interference.

We call on the election authorities, security agencies, and local administration to provide a safe environment for voters, uphold neutrality, and protect the integrity of each ballot cast. The people of NA-251 deserve a process they can trust and a result that reflects their true will.
