Located near Stadium Road Rawalpindi. District Sports Department Rawalpindi. ii) Membership card is compulsory for regular members while visiting the library.
Obligatory more than additional :
i) Apply for membership card prior to joining the library. ii) Must wear face masks in the premises of the library. iii) Visitors as well as regular members must fulfil the entry necessities including check in and out mentioning at the library reception. iv) Must abide by the rules and regulations, cooperate with the library personnels, take care of books, electronics etc. ALL THESE ARE THERE & MEANT TO FACILITATE OUR ESTEEMED MEMBERS !!
