- Gender: Female Only
- Nationality: Pakistani Citizens Only (Dual Nationality Must Surrender Other Nationality)
- Marital Status: Unmarried (Married Serving Armed Forces Personnel May Apply)
- Age Limit:
- For Fresh Candidates: 17 To 25 Years
- For Trained Nurses: 18 To 28 Years
- Height: Minimum 5 Feet (152 cm)
- Weight: As Per Body Mass Index (BMI)

- For Fresh Candidates (AFNS - BSc Nursing):
- Matric With Science (Biology) – Minimum 60% Marks
- FSc (Pre-Medical) – Minimum 50% Marks
2. For Trained Nurses:
- Diploma In Nursing And Midwifery
- Must Be Registered With Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC)
Preference Given To Those With Post-Basic Specialization (ICU, CCU, OT, etc.)
