A function was organized at Government Associate College for Women, Chak 75 SB, Sargodha, to observe World No To***co Day. The event aimed to raise awareness among students about the harmful effects of to***co use and the importance of adopting a healthy, to***co-free lifestyle.

The program commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by an introductory address highlighting the significance of World No To***co Day. Faculty members and students participated enthusiastically in various awareness activities. Informative presentations were delivered on the health risks associated with smoking and other forms of to***co consumption, including cancer, heart disease, respiratory illnesses, and the dangers of passive smoking. Banners and posters were displayed at prominent places of college.

Today, our college organized a thought-provoking seminar on climate change, creating awareness among students about one of the most critical challenges facing our planet. The session highlighted the importance of environmental responsibility, carbon footprint reduction, and sustainable practices for a greener future. 🌍🌱

Students actively participated in different activities including presentations, discussions, plantation drives, green campus initiatives, and awareness campaigns promoting the ban on plastic bags.
