Air Station Borinquen rescues a mariner experiencing a medical emergency approximately 45nm west of Aguadilla. The crew hoisted the patient and safely transported them to receive higher level care. Our duty crews stand ready!

In December, the Federal Bureau of Investigation presented LT Marshall, LT Raymond, AETC Cimbak, and AST3 Stewart with a certificate of appreciation for their heroic rescue involving an FBI agent on October 25, 2025. Thank you to Sector San Juan, local EMS, and the San Juan FBI field office for their diligent coordination!

On January 15th, Air Station Borinquen facilitated the Coast Guard Auxiliary Change of Command in St. Croix. Auxiliary Division Commander Hector Colon relieved Division Commander Karl Peterson after a year of dedicated service and leadership!
