This morning, Tigersharks Cadets underwent their preliminary training on land navigation. They developed essential skills in advance of their land nav lab set for later this week. More than 35 Cadets participated in rigorous exercises, refining their navigation techniques and tactical proficiency. This training not only prepares them for the imminent field exercise but also establishes a solid foundation for their future tactical operations and leadership roles.

Our Tigershark Company has had an outstanding week, finishing strong and resilient. We took an active role in the Inter-American Welcoming Expo, where we effectively engaged with the community and informed them about our program.

During our third lab session, we focused on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TC3), mastering the 9-line medical evacuation procedures, and delivering CPR training. Our Cadets displayed exceptional determination and proficiency in every task, reflecting their commitment to saving lives and providing critical aid to fellow Soldiers. Their performance has been a great source of pride and a true testament to their dedication and skill.

Tigershark Company kicked off the semester with their first lab focused on familiarizing Cadets with Army Drill & Ceremonies, Customs & Courtesies, and other foundational tasks. Drill & Ceremony is crucial for building military discipline, teaching soldiers to move as a unit through precise commands and formations, while Customs & Courtesies instill respect and professionalism through traditions like saluting and honoring military protocol. These essential practices help new Cadets develop core military skills and reinforce the discipline and heritage expected of all Soldiers.

The Aguadilla Tigershark Company continues to solidify our presence at local campuses. Recently, our cadets conducted a reconnaissance run at UPR Aguadilla, carrying out our annual orientation to acclimate incoming cadets to the area of operations. Tigershark Company proudly spearheaded the back-to-school Ramey School Batucada Parade, with our Cadets' Color Guard leading the charge. As the rhythmic batucada drums thundered through the air, hundreds of students, Military Service Members, and Homeland Defense Personnel stood at attention, saluting our formation. The atmosphere was electric, as our Cadets showcased the unwavering discipline and fierce pride that define Tigershark Company.
