اختتم مركز الإرشاد النفسي والاجتماعي للمرأة بالتعاون مع مديرية الدفاع المدني – محافظة بيت لحم/ قسم التدريب، برنامجاً تدريبياً بعنوان “منقذة في كل منزل” بواقع 21 ساعة تدريبية متخصصة. ضمن مشروع: " استجابة للعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي والحماية" بالشراكة مع جمعية تنظيم وحماية الأسرة الفلسطينية، وبتمويل من صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان.

واستهدف البرنامج عضوات لجان الحماية المجتمعية من بلدتي الولجة وبيت فجار، واشتمل على مجموعة من الموضوعات العملية والنظرية في علوم الدفاع المدني، شملت أساسيات الإطفاء، وعمليات الإنقاذ، ومهارات التعامل السليم مع الحوادث المنزلية، إلى جانب محاور متقدمة في السلامة المنزلية والوقاية من المخاطر.

ويأتي تنفيذ هذا التدريب في إطار تعزيز جاهزية النساء في المجتمعات المحلية للتعامل مع حالات الطوارئ داخل المنازل والأحياء، وتمكينهن من لعب دور فاعل في حماية أسرهن ومحيطهن، بما يساهم في نشر ثقافة السلامة وتقليل الخسائر الناجمة عن الحوادث.

the Psycho social Counselling Centr for women ‘PSCCW, in cooperation with the Palestinian civil defense Directorate ‘PCD’ in Bethlehem Governorate / Training Department, concluded a training program titled “A Female Rescuer in Every Home”, consisting of 21 specialized training hours. is part of the project Scaled up response to GBV and protection in corporation with PFPPA funded by the UNFPA.

The program targeted members of protection committees from Al-Walaja and Beit Fajjar. It included a range of practical and theoretical topics in civil defense sciences, covering firefighting basics, rescue operations, and proper handling of household accidents, in addition to advanced topics in home safety and risk prevention.

This training was implemented within the framework of enhancing women’s preparedness in local communities to deal with emergency situations inside homes and neighbourhood s empowering them to play an active role in protecting their families and surroundings, thus contributing to spreading a culture of safety and reducing losses resulting from accidents.

استمراراً في برنامج الإغاثة الانسانية والاستجابة السريعة لاحتياجات السكان الفلسطينيين في المناطق الأكثر عرضة للانتهاكات من قبل جيش الاحتلال الاسرائيلي وعصابات المستوطنين قام مركز الإرشاد النفسي والاجتماعي للمرأة ومن خلال طاقمه الميداني ومجموعة المتطوعين/ات بتوزيع 235 حقيبة تحتوي على أدوات ومستلزمات تخص النساء في قريتي المنيا وجب الذيب ، بدعم من صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان .

يأتي هذا النشاط كجزء من العمل المستمر الذي يقوم به المركز لتعزيز صمود أبناء شعبنا في مناطق الضفة الغربية وفي المناطق التي تتعرض للتهجير القسري . مساندة للنساء وتعزيز التضامن الجمعي كأحد أدوات المقاومة والبقاء على الأرض .

Continuing its humanitarian relief programme and rapid response to the needs of Palestinian residents in areas most exposed to violations by the Israeli occupation army and settler militias, the Psychosocial Counseling Center for Women, through its field team and group of volunteers, has distributed 235 dignity kits containing items and supplies specifically for women in the villages of Al-Minya and Jub al theeb, with support from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

This activity comes as part of the ongoing work carried out by the Center to strengthen the resilience of our people in areas of the West Bank and in locations facing forced displacement.

Supporting women and strengthening collective solidarity are among the key tools of resistance and of remaining steadfast on the land.

نفذ مركز الإرشاد النفسي والاجتماعي للمرأة تدريباً متخصصاً ركز على بناء قدرات نساء قرية عورتا، الواقعة جنوب شرق نابلس، بهدف تمكينهن من تأسيس جمعية نسوية فاعلة في القرية، وذلك ضمن مشروع "استراتيجية الترابط المحلي للحماية المتكاملة لحقوق وكرامة السكان"، الممول من حكومة فلسطين من خلال مؤسسة التعاون من أجل السلام الإنسانية، وقد استهدف التدريب 12 سيدة من القرية إضافة لأربع ذكور من قرية دوما.

واستمر التدريب لمدة ستة أيام، حيث تم التركيز على تطوير المهارات المؤسسية للمشاركين/ ات من خلال رزمة متكاملة من المحاور، شملت: التخطيط الاستراتيجي، وبناء الأطر المؤسسية، وإدارة المشاريع، إلى جانب تنمية مهارات إعداد وكتابة التقارير الإدارية والمالية، وتعزيز قدرات التنسيق والتشبيك مع مختلف الجهات الفاعلة.

Psycho-Social Counseling Center for Women conducted a specialized training focused on building the capacities of women in the village of Awarta, located southeast of Nablus, with the aim of enabling them to establish an effective women’s association in the village. This was done within the framework of the “Localized Nexus Strategy for the integrated protection of the rights and dignity of the population” project, funded by Generalitat Valenciana (GVA) in cooperation with Asamblea de Cooperacion por la Paz (ACPP). The training targeted 12 women from the village, in addition to four males from the village of Duma.

The training lasted for six days, focusing on developing the participants’ institutional skills through an integrated package of topics, including strategic planning, building institutional frameworks, project management, in addition to developing skills in preparing and writing administrative and financial reports, and enhancing coordination and networking capabilities with various stakeholders.

مركز الإرشاد النفسي والاجتماعي للمرأة يفتتح مساحة آمنة في قرية جب الذيب بعنوان " صامدات"

بيت لحم: افتتح مركز الإرشاد النفسي والاجتماعي للمرأة يوم الإثنين 27 نيسان 2026، مساحة آمنة جديدة باسم "صامدات" في قرية جب الذيب بمحافظة بيت لحم، وذلك بحضور شخصيات بارزة من مؤسسات رسمية وأهلية، من بينها الأستاذة خولة الأزرق المديرة التنفيذية للمركز، ممثل المحافظة الأستاذ محمد الجعفري، السيد محمد سنقرط من صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكانUNFPA) (، والأستاذة هنادي الزغير من جمعية تنظيم وحماية الأسرة الفلسطينية، إضافة إلى رئيس مجلس محلي بيت تعمر السيد مبارك زواهرة وممثلين عن المجتمع المحلي.

في كلمتها، شددت الأستاذة خولة الأزرق على أهمية دعم صمود النساء في القرى المهمشة، مؤكدة أن المساحة الجديدة ستشكل ركيزة أساسية لتمكين المرأة والطفل. كما أشاد ممثل المحافظة بالمبادرة، معبرًا عن تقديره لدور المركز في تعزيز الحماية والدعم النفسي والاجتماعي.

Bethlehem – The Psychosocial Counseling Center for Women establishes a new safe space titled “Samidat” ‘reselliant women’ on Monday, April 27, 2026, in the village of Jub Al Deeb in Bethlehem Governorate. The event was attended by prominent figures from both official and civil society institutions, including Ms. Khawla Al-Azraq, Executive Director of the Center; Mr. Mohammad Al-Jaafari, representative of the Governorate; Mr. Mohammad Sonoqurt from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA); Ms. Hanadi Zughayyar from the Palestinian Family Planning and Protection Association (PFPPA); Mr. Mubarak Zawahreh, Head of Beit Ta’mir Village Council; and members of the local community.

In her speech, Ms. Al-Azraq emphasized the importance of supporting and strengthening the steadfastness of women in marginalized communities, noting that the new space will serve as a vital hub for empowering women and children. The Governorate representative also praised the initiative, expressing appreciation for the Center’s role in strengthening protection and providing psychosocial support.

في ظل تصاعد الانتهاكات والاعتداءات المتكررة من قبل قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي والمستوطنين في الضفة الغربية، وما يرافقها من مصادرة أراض ونزوح قسري، يواجه الأطفال والعائلات أوضاعاً إنسانية ونفسية شديدة القسوة في بيئات تفتقر للأمان والحماية. يواصل مركز الإرشاد النفسي والاجتماعي للمرأة تدخلاته الطارئة للوصول إلى العائلات المتضررة، وتقديم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي والمساعدات الإغاثية، بما يساهم في التخفيف من الأزمات وتعزيز الصمود.

وفي هذا السياق، نفذ المركز أنشطة ترفيهية استهدفت (96) طفلاً نازحاً في أريحا والخليل، ضمن جهود دعم الصحة النفسية وتوفير مساحات آمنة للتفريغ النفسي والتفاعل الاجتماعي، والتخفيف من آثار الصدمات الناتجة عن النزوح والظروف القاسية.

وتأتي هذه التدخلات ضمن مشروع “الرعاية الآمنة” الممول من اليونيسف لدعم العائلات المتضررة.

Amid escalating violations and repeated attacks by Israeli occupation forces and settlers in the West Bank, accompanied by land confiscation and forced displacement, children and families are facing severe humanitarian and psychosocial conditions in environments lacking safety and protection.

(PSCCW) continues its emergency interventions to reach affected families and provide psychosocial support and humanitarian assistance, contributing to alleviating crises and strengthening resilience.

In this context, PSCCW implemented recreational activities targeting (96) displaced children in Jericho and Hebron, as part of efforts to support mental health, provide safe spaces for emotional release and social interaction, and reduce the impact of trauma caused by displacement and harsh living conditions.

These interventions are implemented under the UNICEF-funded “Safe Care” project, aimed at supporting affected families.
