On another hand, we aim and seek to be able to practice our right of self determination, and establish an independent state referring to the resolutions of international legitimacy, which contributes to maintain the international security and peace. As you known for your historical and political role in strengthening the foundations of international law, and we always remember the history of your nation in achieving your goals through a long process of suffering and fighting. Finally, we emphasize on the close relationship between our two nations, and we hope that your country urges other countries, to support our right and demand for Palestine membership and become State No. 194 in the United Nations.
