بيت عزيز وشوقي شاهين لرعاية المسنين
يواصل التقدّم بخطى ثابتة نحو الاكتمال ✨
🏗️ تم الانتهاء من تركيب أسقف الجبس والطراشة في جميع طوابق المشروع،
كما اكتملت أعمال التبليط وتركيب حمايات الأدراج بين الطوابق.
🔥 تم كذلك تركيب بكرات خرطوم الحريق في جميع الطوابق،
والانتهاء من تركيب المصاعد الكهربائية.
☀️ كما تم تركيب الألواح الشمسية وأجهزة التبريد والتدفئة،
إلى جانب استكمال تركيب الألمنيوم والزجاج لواجهات الشبابيك والأبواب.
🚿 واكتملت أعمال تشطيب المرافق الصحية بالكامل،
بالإضافة إلى تجهيز غرف التحكم الكهربائية وشبكات الإنترنت لتأمين البنية التحتية التقنية للمبنى.
⚡ وتم أيضًا تركيب مولد الكهرباء، مع تحديد الأرصفة الخارجية على الشارع الرئيسي للمشروع ضمن أعمال البنية التحتية النهائية.

The Azeez and Shouky Shaheen Senior Citizen Center
continues to move steadily toward completion. ✨
🏗️ The installation of gypsum ceilings and plastering has been completed across all floors of the project,
along with the tiling works and installation of stair railings between floors.
🔥 Fire hose reels have been installed on all floors,
and the installation of electric elevators has been completed.
☀️ In addition, solar panels and heating and cooling systems have been installed,
alongside the completion of aluminum and glass installations for windows and doors façades.
🚿 The finishing of all sanitary facilities has been fully completed,
and the electrical control rooms and internet networks have been set up to ensure a robust technical infrastructure for the building.
⚡ Furthermore, the electric generator has been installed,
and the external sidewalks along the project’s main street have been defined as part of the final infrastructure works.

يسعدنا أن نعلن أن أعمال البناء، التشطيبات الداخلية، وتكحيل الحجر في جميع طوابق المشروع تسير بالتوازي وعلى عدة جبهات، وذلك وفقًا للجدول الزمني المخطط له، وصولًا إلى مراحل التشطيب والتجهيز النهائي.

Project Update | Azeez and Shouky Shaheen Senior Citizen Center
We are pleased to report that construction, interior finishing, and stone pointing works across all floors of the project are progressing in parallel on multiple fronts, in line with the planned schedule, reaching the final stages of finishing and preparation.
