The esteemed Community Members in Portugal are informed that Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives of Pakistan is hosting the 2nd Batch of Overseas Pakistanis Summer Scholars Programme 2026 (Youth Ki Uraan).

The Programme offers a unique opportunity for talented students and young professionals from around the world to reconnect with Pakistan while gaining firsthand exposure to its public institutions.

Participants will collaborate with policymakers, explore key development initiatives, and apply their global perspectives to real-world national challenges, creating meaningful pathways for learning, contribution, and impact.
