Please join MWR Lisbon in congratulating PS1 Julie Hoang on receiving the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal!

Julie has volunteered more than 300 hours in support of our community, giving her evenings and weekends to MWR programs and events.

Over the past three years, her fingerprints have been on nearly every MWR Lisbon event—from helping things
run smoothly to capturing the photos and videos that help us relive them.
Her dedication has brought people together and made a lasting difference in the quality of life of our service members and families.

Julie, thank you for the time, energy, and heart you’ve given our community. We wish you and Felipe all the best as you begin your next adventure in Japan. You’ll be missed!

🌎🇺🇸 INTERNATIONAL DAY 2026 🇵🇹🌍

What an incredible celebration of culture, community, and friendship!

🇺🇸 MWR Lisbon was proud to support the USA booth, sharing a taste of home while celebrating alongside our NATO Allies and partners.

Events like this are a wonderful reminder of what makes our community so special — different nations, cultures, and traditions coming together as one community.

🌍 15 Nations. One Community. 🤝

🍇 That’s a wrap on harvest week! 🍇

Our second MWR Lisbon Grape Stomp & W**e Harvest Trip brought another fantastic group together for a day filled with Portuguese tradition, great food, w**e tasting, and—of course—plenty of barefoot grape stomping!

With two trips completed this week, we officially wrapped up the harvest season with unforgettable memories, lots of laughter, and some very purple feet. 👣🍷

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made both trips such a success. We hope you had as much fun as we did!

Until next harvest… cheers! 🥂

Today’s MWR Lisbon W**e Harvest crew stepped into Portuguese tradition—literally! 🍇

From grape stomping and a guided w**ery tour to w**e tasting, lunch, and plenty of laughs, it was an unforgettable day from start to finish.

One incredible harvest trip down—and another sold-out group is ready to do it all again this Saturday! We can’t wait to see our next lucky group take their turn in the grapes. 🍷👣

Keep watching for more unique adventures with MWR Lisbon!
