For 15 years, the Republic of Palau Healthcare Fund (HCF) has played a vital role in strengthening Palau’s healthcare system; ensuring care, protection, and peace of mind for its people.

HCF is the nation’s first healthcare financing program, established on April 01, 2011 to provide all residents with better access to quality and affordable healthcare. It combines Medical Savings Accounts and National Health Insurance, funded through contributions to support the health and well-being of the community.

As a part of the celebration, all are welcome to stop by our office on Wednesday, April 01, 2026 for a free health screening.
