Last night, as Super Typhoon Sinlaku continued into its third day of high winds and heavy rain over our island neighbors of Guam and Saipan, the Bank of Guam headquarters in Guam and their branch in Palau, worked together late into the night to ensure our government payroll was processed and pushed through for this week's payroll. This is a true testament to your dedication and professionalism, even in the most difficult of times.
