Since joining Palau's National Security Coordination Office more than two years ago, policy analyst Ayanna Ramarui has championed the inclusion of young people, particularly young women, in national security planning.
She wants to see more young women not just part of the discussions, but actively shaping solutions.
“We bring perspectives shaped by lived experiences, empathy, and community connection. Young women in particular bring innovation and resilience; qualities urgently needed to navigate today’s challenges.”
