在徐大使熱情招待的晚宴上，我們很幸運地能夠與聖湯瑪斯大學和萊西姆大學十七位學生交流。而他們大多來自不同的科系，有的是餐旅系、外交系、會計系等等⋯。
At the dinner which Ambassador Hsu so kindly treated us to, we were luckily seated with the 17 students from the Santo Thamos University and Lyceum University. Many of them are from different departments ranging from Tourism, Foreign Affairs and Accounting.

在交談中，我們問他們對臺灣人的印象是什麼？他們的反應都很正面並且都說出了三個關鍵字「積極、熱情、友善」。
During our conversation, we asked them about their impression of the Taiwanese. They were all very positive and answered enthusiastically with three keywords “positive, passionate and friendly”.
我接著問他們是否會想來臺灣讀書或工作？他們用肯定的眼神說「很想！！」主要原因有三，一是臺灣治安好、非常便利，又是民主自由的社會。
We then asked them whether they would want to come to Taiwan for studying or working. They asserted us with a big yes and told us the three main reasons. Which are democracy, convenience and safety .
晚宴上來自聖湯瑪斯大學的晚宴主持人王育心同學也熱情地演唱了楊培安的「我相信」， 讓在座的大家都驚喜萬分並且紛紛上台與她合唱。我們的歌聲使我們更堅信菲律賓與臺灣青年可以一起努力、肩並肩大步向前，迎向美好明天。
Our host, Wang Yu Shin, from Santo Thomas also enthusiastically performed The song“I believe”by Pai Ann Yang. We were amzaed by her performance and joined her singing. Our symphony asserted our believe that the youths of the Philippines and Taiwan will march towards a better tomorrow hands in hands.

【Perfect菲律賓 Day3】
🚩馬尼拉王城區
Intramural Fort Santiago
或許有些人會好奇，在殖民時期時，菲律賓究竟在外權的統治下是否也曾有人奮起並帶領國人們反抗呢？
昨日，我們在參觀Front Santiago聖地牙哥堡並由導遊Jeffery的解說之下更加了解了菲律賓的這段歷史。

People might be wondering wheteher there was a single man in the Philippine history that stood up and aroused the poeple to fight against the Spanish colonizers.
Yesterday, bu visiting the Fort Santiago we came to know this part of the Philippine history with the help of our tour guide, Jeffery.

聖地牙哥城是位於菲律賓馬尼拉大都會區的盧娜將軍街的古堡群，最初於1571年由本地人為防禦而建。16世紀時，西班牙人佔領菲律賓後改建為石城，以作為基地使用。後來它又成了囚禁和處決重要政治犯之地。

Front Santiago located in the Manila Metropolitan, Philippine. It was orriginally built by the locals in 1571. However, Spanish seized control of it in the 16th century and had reconstructed it into a stone fort as their base. Later on, it became the place to inprison and execute the political prisoners.

在這裡，有著不到100坪的地牢曾經關了600位左右的犯人，但有一名叫做Jose Rizal的政治犯是被隔離開來關在軍火庫裡，並且他是是最為有名的更被視為是菲律賓的民族英雄。

In the Front Santiago, There was a dungeon that kept 600 prisoners. One prisoner was sperated from the others and was inprisoned in the arsenal. Jose Rizal is his name and he is consider the hero of the nation.

Jose Rizal是一名醫生，精通八國語言也會繪畫、雕刻、寫作，更甚至出版了一本影射西班牙高壓殖民叫做別碰我的小說。
Jose Rizal was a doctor who mastered eight languages and was proficient in painting, snculpting and writing. He even wrote a novel called “Noli Me Tangere (Don’t Touch Me)”

雖然Rizal在世時並沒有能發起大規模地反抗但是在他被西班牙人以叛國罪處死後卻啟發、激起了更多的菲律賓人反抗西班牙殖民政府。
Although he couldn’t make a massive revolt against the Spanish colonial government. His tragic death , executed by the Spanish in the name of treason, inspired many other Filipino to rise up and to fight for their independence and freedom.

【Perfect 菲律賓 Day4】
今日早晨至Makati市市政府參訪，本團團員杏恩、政舜在菲律賓Makati 市接受中央社記者採訪，分享他們對菲律賓的第一印象以及未來至菲發展的機會。

This morning we went to Makati City Hall.The Central News Angency reporter interviewed our group members CHIEN, HSING-EN and HSU, CHENG SHUN about their experience, their first impressions and perception of the opportunities in the Philippines.

今日帛菲團拜訪帛琉副總統（兼司法部部長）
感謝有這樣的殊榮能與一國政要交流。
副總統非常的親切，
除了和我們分享當地人才外流的應變方法外，
還告訴我們副總統一天的工作流程與生活。
實在收穫良多！
In the morning, we visited the Vice President of Palau, who is also the head of the Ministry of Justice. He spoke many kind words with us, not only did he answer our questions but also shared his daily routine as a prominent political figure of the country.

On August 31,2018 the 2018 Youth Ambassadors of R.O.C Taiwan paid a Courtesy Visit to the Office of the Vice President and Ministry of Justice. The main purpose of their visit to Palau was to build stronger relationship with young ambassadors of Palau.

【Perfect帛琉 Day3-2】
🚩臺灣之夜

經過在台灣四週日以繼夜的訓練，我們終於在昨晚舉行了我們第一場的正式演出—帛琉「台灣之夜」。青年大使的活力與熱情，成功感染了現場的觀眾，也得到了包括駐帛琉周大使夫婦、日本大使、美國大使、帛琉最高法院院長、教育部長等在場貴賓與政要一致讚賞。
嚴苛的訓練在全場觀眾的掌聲中得到了回報，全體青年大使團員在汗水中，不禁流露出滿足的笑容。

After four weeks of intensive training, we finally gave an official performance "Taiwan Night" in Palau. Energy and passion from youth ambassadors touched and impressed the audience from local residents, earning wide acclaim from ROC (Taiwan) Ambassador Chow, Japanese Ambassador, US Ambassador, President of Supreme Court, Minister of Education, distinguished guests and government officers. At the end of the performance, our intensive training paid off. We received a round of applause from the audience, dripping with sweat and wearing cheerful smiles.

【Perfect帛琉 Day4】
🚩Ngerkeklau Island
早上由Ebil Society Center帶領我們到Ngerkeklau Island觀察海龜的棲息地，帛琉特有塚雉以及淨灘🌴。
帛菲團深刻地對海洋保育的重要性及急迫性有更進一步的認識已經反省。在更加了解了愛護環境的重要性之後，呼籲大家不要購買玳瑁🚫，因為那是以非常不人道的方式獵殺海龜製造出來的。讓我們也能對海洋保育獻出一分心力！
下午帛菲團學習了帛琉人主食—芋頭，並了解帛琉的芋頭文化💜
我們明天就要離開帛琉了，大家都很捨不得😭
最後一天大家都會非常地珍惜的❤️

Today we went to the Ngerkekalau, an Island located at the north of Palau, to observe where the hawksbill and Palau’s endemic species-megapode(bekai) lay their eggs. The Ebil Society Center also gave us a deeper and better understanding about the importance and urgency of ocean preservation. Only when the oceans are well-preserved, the environment and we can live in peace and harmony happily.
After all of our activities today, we have learned great lessons and would like to kindly remind everyone not to buy jewelries made from the sea shells of the hawksbill because they were slaughtered by the makers for an easy acces to the material. Let us show our respect and love to the ocean!
In the afternoon, we learned about Palan’s main dish, taros.
What’s more, we will be leaving Palau tomorrow. All of us are not ready to leave this beautiful place yet. We will absolutely cherish our last day here❤️

【Perfect帛琉 Day3-1】
🚩station1 帛琉高中——青春洋溢
一到會場就聽到當地的學生們用熟悉的語言熱烈地唱著歌曲歡迎我們，真是讓人倍感親切！
另，在交流的過程中我們也了解到帛琉高中生與台灣學生之間別樣的氛圍。令我們感到意外的是帛琉的高中和美國的很像、學生也會開車來高中上學。也透過對談了解了他們對於台灣的印象！另外他們的活力還有親切地反應也讓我們得到了非常多的收穫與鼓勵～

「好想你～好想你～是真的真的好想你、不是假的假的好想你～」
最後他們以「好想你」這首歌表達了他們對我們長期互相建交扶持的情感。
結束時，我們拍了合照留下只屬於我們青年、台灣以及帛琉的永生難忘的美好回憶！

The first stop-Palau High School
As we arrived, the students welcomed us with a familiar tune which made us felt very much at home.
We also found out Palau’s high school was like the U.S. and students would drive to school. The students also shared with us about their impressions about Taiwan.

“We miss u~We miss u~We really really miss~With with all our ❤️”
At last, they delivered their support to us by singing “ We Miss U”. We also took a photo together with a picture of
the youth of Taiwan and Palau and our precious memory.

【Perfect帛琉Day2-4】
🚩Station 4：教育部——科羅州
今天最後一個行程就是拜會帛琉的教育部長，了解到帛琉的教育制度、保存帛琉語以及面臨年輕人口外流的問題。

Station 4： Ministry of Education——Koror
For the last stop today, we visited the Minister of Education. There we learned the issues concerned by the local education authority. Including reforming educational system, preserving Palawan, and migrating young population.

【Perfect帛琉 Day2-3】
🚩station 3：艾萊州
下午我們短暫的拜訪艾萊州長，艾萊州是臺灣新竹市的姐妹市哦！
接下來我們探索艾萊州古蹟——Bai er a Airai /Bai Rengarairrai (Chief's Meeting House)

Station 3 ：Airai
In the afternoon we paid a short visit to the governor of Airai, a sister county of Hsinchu. Then we went to the Bai (the Chief's House), exploring Airai's historical site. Listening to the guide's explanation, we felt going back in time!
