Job Description.

- Prepares quotation as per the client requirement and B.O.Q.

- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, specifications, and related documents.

-Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, specifications, and related documents by coordinating with Sales and Estimation teams.

- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements by coordinating with Estimation engineers.

- Maintains cost database of the company and supplier’s products and services.

- Post-order preparation such as sending an acknowledgment to the client, and transferring the order scope to the concerned departments.

- Coordinating with the sales team by assisting for follow-ups & client meetings.

- Receives, answers and transfers call from the sales department.

- Responsible for making inquiries to the suppliers and preparing orders after the quotation is approved by the manager.

- Other related tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements/Qualifications:

· 2-3 years experiences in the similar field

· Advanced Computer knowledge including AutoCAD.

· Transferrable Visa as per current law.

· Communication (speaking and writing) skills in English

· Valid Qatari license will be an added qualification

DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements:
 Must have a valid Qatar driver’s license and at least 3 to 4
years of experience in a corporate as a debt collector
 Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
 Excellent communication and people skills
 Arabic speaker is an advantage
 Good time-management skills.
 High School Diploma is preferred.
 Transferable visa as per current law
Duties :
1. Carries out daily follow up with the clients for the outstanding
dues. And collects the cheques and cash. Delivers Invoices to
clients as and when required.
2. Reports problematic customers to the Finance Manager for
further follow-up.
3. Coordinates with the Sales Team for all payments that are
ready for collection.
4. Updates account status and database regularly. Alert
Superiors about the debtor's unwillingness or unable to pay
whenever necessary. Coordinate with Projects team if
customer complains about the performance of Project Staff or
non-delivery of material.
5. Carries out any other work assigned by the Company from
time to time.
