Good Afternoon AUAB,
American School of Doha is hosting their regional track meet. The school is looking for volunteers.
The dates below are when volunteers are needed:
Thursday-- 13 April 2023
Friday-- 14 April 2023
Saturday-- 15 April 2023
Please be aware that on Thursday and Friday, there are two different time slots.
Those attending the first time will stay until the next group arrives.
Myself or SSgt Houska will be there to greet each group, and take accountability before leaving the base/school.

Thank you for your flexibility and willingness to volunteer for the track and field meet.
ASD Regional Track Meet Members will be picked up from the Lemon Lot at the event start time and bussed to the American School of Doha to assist with track and field meets.
