شارك صندوق قطر للتنمية في مؤتمر الشراكات العالمية في لندن (19–20 مايو 2026)، والذي جمع قادة العالم والحكومات والمبتكرين، واستضافته كل من حكومة المملكة المتحدة (FCDO)، ومؤسسة صندوق استثمار الأطفال (CIFF)، ومؤسسة الاستثمار الدولي البريطانية (BII).

وشارك نائب المدير العام للتخطيط في صندوق قطر للتنمية في الطاولة المستديرة رفيعة المستوى، التي ترأستها البارونة تشابمان، لمناقشة سبل بناء مجتمعات أكثر قدرة على الصمود من خلال التمويل المبتكر والقيادة المحلية.

وسلط المؤتمر الضوء على أهمية التمويل المبتكر، والقيادة المحلية، والشراكات الاستراتيجية في مواجهة التحديات العالمية الراهنة، وبناء مجتمعات أكثر قدرة على الصمود واعتمادًا على الذات.

QFFD joined world leaders, governments, and innovators at the Global Partnerships Conference in London (19–20 May 2026) - co-hosted by the UK Government (FCDO), the Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), and British International Investment (BII).

QFFD's Deputy Director General of Planning joined senior leaders at the high-level roundtable, chaired by Rt Hon Baroness Chapman, on building more resilient communities through innovative financing and local leadership.

The conference highlighted the importance of innovative financing, local leadership, and strategic partnerships in addressing today’s global challenges and building more resilient and self-sufficient communities.

The second session of the joint training program between UNHCR and Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) was held, focusing on UNHCR’s role in refugee protection and international protection frameworks.

Discussions covered key protection principles, mixed migration, and the importance of partnerships and coordination with governments, humanitarian organizations, and UN agencies.

‏تم عقد الجلسة الثانية من برنامج التدريب المشترك بين المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين (UNHCR) وصندوق قطر للتنمية (QFFD) حول دور المفوضية في حماية اللاجئين وأطر الحماية الدولية.

‏تم نقاش مبادئ الحماية، والهجرة المختلطة، إضافة إلى أهمية الشراكات والتنسيق مع الحكومات والمنظمات الإنسانية ووكالات الأمم المتحدة.

يساهم الشباب اليوم في قيادة حلول مبتكرة لمواجهة تحديات التنمية في أفريقيا.

ومن خلال التكنولوجيا وريادة الأعمال والحلول المجتمعية، تعيد مريم بيلو تعريف مفهوم القيادة الشبابية وأثرها الحقيقي.

ويواصلا دولة قطر وصندوق قطر للتنمية، بالشراكة مع جيل بلا حدود، دعم هذه الشراكات لتمكين الشباب من تصميم وتنفيذ الحلول التي تدفع مجتمعاتهم نحو مستقبل أفضل.

في إطار الجهود المشتركة لتعزيز الفهم المؤسسي وتبادل المعرفة حول منظومة العمل الإنساني العالمي، نظم صندوق قطر للتنمية ومكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية (أوتشا) جلسة متخصصة حول هيكلية العمل الإنساني وآليات التنسيق الدولية.
وتناولت الجلسة أطر الاستجابة، وآليات الحوكمة، ونماذج التنسيق متعددة الأطراف التي تسهم في تشكيل العمل الإنساني العالمي.

In line with shared efforts to strengthen institutional understanding and knowledge exchange on the global humanitarian system, QFFD and OCHA jointly organized a specialized session on humanitarian architecture and international coordination mechanisms.
The session explored response frameworks, governance structures, and multilateral coordination models that shape global humanitarian action.

Qatar Fund for Development participated in the closing ceremony of the training program for qualifying volunteers in urban search and rescue, organized by the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya). The program included both theoretical and practical training in accordance with internationally approved standards.

On the sidelines of the program, H.E. Mr. Fahad bin Hamad Al Sulaiti, Director General of the Qatar Fund for Development, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Lekhwiya to strengthen cooperation in the fields of search and rescue and humanitarian assistance, contributing to the support of field operations and the exchange of technical expertise.

‏شارك صندوق قطر للتنمية في ختام البرنامج التدريبي لتأهيل المتطوعين في مجال البحث والإنقاذ العمراني، الذي نظمته قوة الأمن الداخلي (لخويا)، وتضمن تدريبات نظرية وعملية وفق المعايير الدولية المعتمدة.

‏كما وقع سعادة السيد فهد بن حمد السليطي، المدير العام لصندوق قطر للتنمية، مذكرة تفاهم مع لخويا لتعزيز التعاون في مجالات البحث والإنقاذ والمساعدات الإنسانية، بما يسهم في دعم العمليات الميدانية وتبادل الخبرات الفنية والتدريبية.

في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى دعم التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز التعاون الدولي، شارك صندوق قطر للتنمية في مؤتمر منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية حول مستقبل التعاون التنموي في الجمهورية الفرنسية، بمشاركة واسعة من الوزراء وصناع القرار والخبراء الدوليين.
حيث أكد سعادة السيد فهد بن حمد السليطي، المدير العام للصندوق، أهمية تعزيز الشراكات الدولية وتطوير آليات التعاون التنموي لمواكبة التحديات والمتغيرات العالمية المتسارعة في ظل الأزمة الراهنة.

As part of ongoing efforts to support sustainable development and strengthen international cooperation, QFFD participated in the OECD Conference on the Future of Development Cooperation in the French Republic, with broad participation from ministers, decision-makers, and international experts.
During the conference, H.E. Mr. Fahad bin Hamad Al-Sulaiti, Director General of the Fund, emphasized the importance of strengthening international partnerships and advancing development cooperation mechanisms to keep pace with rapidly evolving global challenges and changes amid the current crisis.

قدم صندوق قطر للتنمية، بالتعاون مع الهلال الأحمر القطري، حزمة مساعدات متعددة القطاعات لضمان استمرارية الخدمات الأساسية وتلبية الاحتياجات العاجلة للشعب السوري الشقيق.

وتضمنت الحزمة توزيع 414,000 لتر من الوقود لخدمة 85,000 شخص، وتزويد المستشفيات بالأدوية والمعدات الأساسية، وتوزيع الطرود الغذائية على 7,380 أسرة، وتلبية الاحتياجات الغذائية لأكثر من 37,000 فرد، وتسليم 7,380 مستلزمات نظافة تحتوي على مستلزمات العناية الشخصية.

تأتي هذه الجهود امتداداً للدور الإنساني الذي تضطلع به دولة قطر للوقوف إلى جانب الشعب السوري الشقيق.

QFFD, in cooperation with QRCS, provided a multi-sectoral aid package to sustain core services and support the brotherly Syrian people.

This effort consisted of distributing 414,000 liters of fuel to service 85,000 people, supplying hospitals with essential medicine and equipment, distributing food parcels to 7,380 families, meeting the nutritional needs of more than 37,000 individuals, and delivering 7,380 hygiene kits containing personal care essentials.

These efforts represent an extension of the humanitarian role played by the State of Qatar to stand by the Syrian people.
