Astăzi, la aniversarea a 20 de ani, celebrăm nu doar o istorie de succes, ci și o comunitate puternică de lideri, antreprenori și parteneri care au crezut în valorile integrității, transparenței și cooperării internaționale.
Privim cu încredere spre viitor, convinși că următoarele decenii vor aduce noi oportunități de creștere și dezvoltare pentru relațiile româno-britanice. La mulți ani, CCROUK!

Today, on our 20th anniversary, we celebrate not only a history of success, but also a strong community of leaders, entrepreneurs and partners who have believed in the values of integrity, transparency and international cooperation.
We look forward to the future with confidence, convinced that the coming decades will bring new opportunities for growth and development for Romanian-British relations. Happy birthday, CCROUK!

În cei 20 de ani de activitate, CCROUK a devenit o platformă de dialog, încredere și colaborare, promovând investițiile, schimburile comerciale și proiectele cu impact economic și social. Misiunea sa de a susține interesele companiilor românești și britanice și de a transforma oportunitățile în rezultate concrete a contribuit la întărirea punților dintre cele două economii.
Iar cuvântul care definește poate cel mai bine acest nou capitol este COOPERARE.
Cooperare între România și Marea Britanie.
Între instituții și mediul de business.
Între industrii și competențe diferite.
Între oameni care pot transforma o întâlnire într-o relație, o relație într-un proiect și un proiect în creștere.
Am cunoscut echipa care reprezintă teritorial Camera în România și în Marea Britanie, pentru că The New Chapter se construiește împreună.
Am văzut cele șase direcții sectoriale în jurul cărora se structurează activitatea Camerei – de la AI, automotive și producție avansată până la investiții, energie, educație, travel și agroalimentar.
În spatele lor stă o intenție foarte concretă: să aducem competențele potrivite la aceeași masă și să transformăm cooperarea în oportunități reale pentru companiile din ambele țări.
Iar unul dintre momentele cu cea mai mare încărcătură ale serii a vorbit despre România dintr-o altă perspectivă:
România – ambasadoriată prin performanță.
Academician Astronaut Dumitru-Dorin Prunariu.
Maestrul al Sportului Elisabeta Lipă.
Cercetător Emerit Mircea Tudor.
Spațiu. Sport. Inovație.
Trei oameni care au făcut performanță la nivel internațional și care, prin ceea ce au construit, au făcut România mai cunoscută și mai respectată în lume.
Poate că aici se întâlnesc cel mai frumos businessul și dimensiunea umană a unei Camere bilaterale.
Avem cifre. Avem piețe. Avem industrii. Avem oportunități.
Nu cifrele cooperează.
Oamenii o fac.
De două decenii, CCROUK – Camera de Comerț și Industrie România – Marea Britanie reprezintă un reper al colaborării economice, instituționale și culturale dintre România și Regatul Unit. Prin viziune, profesionalism și angajament constant, Camera a contribuit la consolidarea relațiilor bilaterale, sprijinind dezvoltarea mediului de afaceri și facilitând parteneriate durabile între companii, instituții și comunități din cele două țări.
Acesta este sensul pe care Camera îl dă The New Chapter: să creeze cadrul în care oamenii potriviți se întâlnesc, construiesc încredere și transformă potențialul relației România–Marea Britanie în valoare.

In its 20 years of activity, CCROUK has become a platform for dialogue, trust and collaboration, promoting investments, trade and projects with economic and social impact. Its mission to support the interests of Romanian and British companies and to turn opportunities into concrete results has contributed to strengthening the bridges between the two economies.
And the word that perhaps best defines this new chapter is cooperation.
Cooperation between Romania and the United Kingdom.
between institutions and the business environment.
between different industries and skills.
Between people who can turn a meeting into a relationship, a relationship into a project, and a growing project.
I met the team that represents the Chamber territorially in Romania and in the UK, because The New Chapter is being built together.
We have seen the six sectoral directions around which the Chamber's activity is structured - from AI, automotive and advanced manufacturing to investments, energy, education, travel and agri-food.
Behind them lies a very concrete intention: to bring the right skills to the same table and to turn cooperation into real opportunities for companies in both countries.
And one of the most charged moments of the evening spoke about Romania from another perspective:

Space. Sports. Innovation.
Three people who have performed internationally and who, through what they have built, have made Romania better known and more respected in the world.
Perhaps this is where the most beautiful business and the human dimension of a bilateral Chamber meet.
We have numbers. We have markets. We have industries. We have opportunities.
The numbers do not cooperate.
People do it.
For two decades, CCROUK - Romania-UK Chamber of Commerce and Industry - UK has been a landmark of economic, institutional and cultural cooperation between Romania and the United Kingdom. Through vision, professionalism and constant commitment, the Chamber has contributed to strengthening bilateral relations, supporting the development of the business environment and facilitating sustainable partnerships between companies, institutions and communities in the two countries.
This is the meaning the Chamber gives The New Chapter: to create the framework in which the right people meet, build trust and turn the potential of the Romania-UK relationship into value.
