That’s a wrap on Bucharest Open 2026.
Ruvym Muts takes MA1 with a -26 total, ahead of Bogdan Predescu (-16) and Hennadii Onopriienko (-14). Three rounds, two courses, and a finish that lived up to the weekend.
Gabriela Xena Sandu wins FA1.
Andreea Cioc wins FA4, and Alex Constantinescu takes MA4 after a great comeback in the final round.
Breakthrough player awards go to Rebeca Mitroi and Jago Young.
Congratulations to everyone who played, from those chasing ratings to those playing their first ever tournament. And a heartfelt thank you to our volunteers, who were on the course before anyone arrived and left after everyone else. None of this happens without you.
🥏 More photos coming soon.

Day two at the Diplomatic Club.

Ruvym Muts takes over the lead in MA1 after an absolutely scorching -9 round today, rated 934. Bogdan Predescu, Romania’s highest rated player, moves into second with a -5 of his own. Yesterday’s leader Hennadii Onopriienko had a tougher day at +1, but he’ll be out on the chase card tomorrow, right behind the leaders. Gabriela Xena Sandu holds her lead in FA1. MA4 and FA4 entered the tournament today, and it’s Justinian Cîrstea and Andreea Cioc who lead the way after their first round.

Tomorrow the Bucharest Open starts on the golf course at the Diplomatic Club in Herăstrău, and we have a surprise waiting for players and spectators.

Komoder is the Official Relaxation Partner of Bucharest Open 2026.

Our sport looks relaxed from the outside. In reality, a round means a few kilometres of walking, dozens of hard throws, and two to three hours of concentration. And if you came as a spectator and followed a card all the way around, you know that isn't a stroll either.

That's why we're glad to have the Komoder relax corner at the Diplomatic Club, with massage chairs open to everyone all weekend. Three models to try: the Everest Flex 3, the Aurora and the Cirrus 1. Players, spectators, volunteers, anyone who needs a good few minutes for recovery or relaxation. Come by and try them.

Komoder. The joy of relaxation. Follow them at Komoder Romania and explore their wide catalog of massage chairs.
