the other beautiful place, the One of best restaurants in Kigali (along with Republika and New Cactus)… the best service in the city by far, food is the same every time, they always have anything you ever ask for (at least in my experience) and the food is good in a very nice atmosphere.

The teppanyaki grill tables are great for groups, the fire pit outside is nice, and the sake and the Korean equivalent make for something a bit more unusual on the drinks menu.
Love this place! I just wish it wasn’t so far from my house.

you know what, kigali have very nice restaurent you won't believe...
look at this:
Mr. Chips (kimihurura) is so much more than food I think.. Its the closest thing to a friendly neighborhood bar in these parts. I think I’ve never actually gone there without chatting to at least one new person, its that type of place if you hang out there from to time you will meet ton’s of people. Its also great for posters with current events and whats happening around Kigali.

Kigali city center consists of the Union Trade Center (UTC),pension plaza,KC Tower, the banks (Ecobank, Bank of Kigali, Fina and so on, a few government buildings, and it ends up by Serena Hotel. There are plenty of big shops, alimentations, and coffee shops, as well as some health clinics and a big university hospital. Some houses are for residential use(hotels) and others as offices.

Nyamirambo a pretty diverse and stretched-out neighbourhood, encompassing the southwestern corner of Kigali. And a huge corner, at that! It’s a big place with the main part bordering town and ‘deep’ Nyamirambo (also referred to as Gangster’s Paradise&Nyamijos) which stretches all the way up the hills into the distance.

This is one of the most vibrant and interesting neighbourhoods in Kigali. It’s full of mosques and many of the city’s Muslim residents live here. Unlike the rest of Kigali which seems to shut down at 8pm with everyone inside their homes, Nyamirambo hustles and bustles late into the night.

Made easy, Kacyiru is the area around the road stretching from Top Tower down to the US Embassy. It’s an area with a tonne of NGO, UN, and government offices, as well as a bunch of embassies. This means that office types are roaming around everywhere and you’ll find the local cafes and restaurants here packed during lunch time.

The main landmarks in this area are the US Embassy, the Umubano Hotel (Novotel/Laico), and the KBC shopping complex. President Kagame’s offices are also here and are very strictly guarded… motos or taxis can’t stop in front.

Kacyiru is a good place to live as it’s in between town, Kimihurura (clubs and restaurants) and Nyarutarama (MTN Center) but one downside to the area is a lack of grocery shopping options or even corner stores.
