Giai buntality a Kaabah gowani, so paitaw na dadn maalin so katatagoanon.
The story begins with Hazrat Adam (a.s) who is believed to have first set the foundations of the Holy Site. It should be kept in mind that Muslims do not worship Kaaba, it is a representation of Allah’s house and is the epicenter of Muslims. After Adam (a.s), the Kaaba according to Quranic Verse ‘And (remember) when Abraham and (his son) Ishmael were raising the foundations of the House (the Kaba at Mecca), (saying), ‘Our Lord! Accept (this service) from us. Verily, you are the All-Hearer, the All-Knower’ (Quran 2:127) – which says that Hazrat Ibrahim and his son Hazrat Ismail rebuilt the Kaaba as the monotheistic entity for the believers of that time. The exact date for ‘When was the Kaaba built?’ is unknown though, different theories are given by many scholars and quacks. One should accept anything which is backed by logics and reasons and question those that lacks basic authenticity.
The Kaaba has gone through a series of damage, built up, rebuilt phases during several periods under numerous Muslims and Non-Muslims leaders. For Instance, after Hazrat Ibrahim, the Quraish tribe in c. 608 CE, used the Kaaba as a sanctuary for the idols’ worshippers. In 629/630 CE when Prophet Muhammad (Saww) returned to Mecca from Medina, he broke the idols placed in the Black stone Kaaba and made it free of idols.
