Think Pink๐Ÿฉท, Speak Up, Stand Together!
Today, we are turning up the pink power in full force as we join ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฟ in celebrating Pink Shirt Day! as we unite to say NO๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ to bullying and YES๐Ÿ‘ to kindness, inclusion, and respect.
Pink Shirt Day is more than just a colourโ€”itโ€™s a call to action to stand up for others, speak out against bullying, and create spaces where everyone feels safe, valued, and loved.

Today is Pink Shirt Day - a global movement that started with two students standing up for a friend who was being bullied for wearing pink. The day now sends a powerful message to stand up for one another, speak out against hate, and build a culture of kindness.

Bullying is never โ€œjust a jokeโ€ when it hurts someone or makes them feel unsafe, ashamed, or excluded. Whether it happens face-to-face or through a screen, it causes real harm.
Here in the Solomon Islands, many young people face challenges, from bullying and peer pressure to stigma around mental health. Thatโ€™s why spaces like TokSpot are so important. TokSpot is a youth-led counselling and wellbeing hub in Honiara where young people can talk freely, be heard, and get support - without being judged.
Every young person deserves to feel safe and supported. Kindness, courage, and change are choices we can make every day. Whether youโ€™ve been hurt or have hurt others โ€” you can move forward. Come and talk to us, we are here to support you.

You Matter!

Life is a journey so the road canโ€™t be smooth all the time. But you donโ€™t have to travel it alone.

Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, school pressure, relationships, or just trying to figure things out, itโ€™s okay to ask for help.

Please remember: Your thoughts, your feelings, your experiences matter. You Matter!

You're Valid!
Youโ€™re Important!
You Matter!

CONFIDENTIALITY

Confidentiality means your story, your privacy.
When you share your problems with a counsellor, you can trust one thing - they wonโ€™t tell others. We have a safe space to speak openly without fear.

Trust is important to help you feel safe and respected. Only in dangerous situations (like when your life or someone elseโ€™s is at risk) might a counsellor need to share some information to keep people safe.

Mental health support should always be private and safe. You can talk, and it stays confidential.

No frait fo ask fo help!

Healthy Mind, Healthy Body, Healthy Life!
----------------------------------------------
When we talk about health, we often only think about the body.
But true health means taking care of every part of ourselves.

1. Physical health โ€“ Eat well, sleep well, and stay active to keep your body strong.
2. Mental health โ€“ Notice your thoughts and feelings, understand them, and find healthy ways to manage them.
3. Spiritual health โ€“ Stay connected to your faith, find inner peace, and grow your beliefs.
4. Social health โ€“ Build strong relationships with your family, friends, and your community

We canโ€™t be truly strong unless we care for every part of our lives. Balance is the key to a healthy and happy life!
