e-India Perspectives Magazine

After the Covid induced hiatus, India Perspectives is back. This time with a new digital look.

The revamped e-magazine incorporates several features that make it contemporary, user-friendly, and aligned with the interests of its readership. Some of the major features include:

a) It is an e-magazine, published every two months, and available through dedicated mobile applications on iOS and Android, as well as on the India Perspectives website(www.indiaperspectives.com).

b) The magazine, mobile application, and website are now available in 17 languages. Sanskrit has been added as a new language. The other languages include English, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Japanese, Pashto, Persian, Bahasa Indonesia, Sinhala, and Tamil.

c) Fortnightly, audio and video podcasts and a Children’s Corner featuring content for children, such as stories, comic strips, cultural crosswords, and puzzles, can also be accessed through the mobile application and the IP website.

d) We are also digitizing older issues of the magazine, which can be accessed through the archives section on the app and the website.

e) The magazine has social media handles on X (), Instagram (), YouTube (), Facebook (IndiaPerspectivesMEA), LinkedIn (india-perspectives), and Pinterest (IndiaPerspectives), where snackable content, such as reels, carousel posts, infographics, etc., showcasing diverse facets of India, is posted on a daily basis.

The magazine is now available on the app and the website. It features articles on India’s leadership of the Global South and on climate action; celebrations of Indian festivals around the world; diaspora diaries featuring Shailesh Jejurikar; stories on innovation, fashion, and food; and articles on Gyan Bharatam, millets, Mission LiFE, India Stack, and Mithila art. The edition also includes inspirational content based on the journey of cricketer Harmanpreet Kaur, along with write-ups on travel and tourism in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Additionally, it offers a quiz arcade comprising cross words and quizzes on Indian culture.

The India–Africa Business Dialogue and Exhibition is being scheduled from 29–31 May 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, on the margins of the forthcoming 4th India–Africa Forum Summit (IAFS-IV). The event is being organized in partnership with the Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.



The India–Africa Forum Summit, launched in 2008, serves as the principal platform for high-level political engagement between India and African countries. The upcoming Summit is expected to provide renewed strategic momentum to this partnership and align future cooperation with Africa’s Agenda 2063 and India’s Viksit Bharat 2047 vision.

The Business Dialogue and Exhibition is being organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the designated nodal agency for industry engagement alongside the Summit, in collaboration with other industry bodies and stakeholders.

India–Africa relations continue to deepen, with economic cooperation and private sector partnerships playing an increasingly central role. CSIR–Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP), in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), invites applications for the ITEC Course: “Present and Future Automobile Fuels.”

The programme will provide a comprehensive overview of current automotive fuels, their quality specifications, and emission challenges. As the world prepares to celebrate the 12th International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2026, the Ministry of Ayush has launched inspiring initiatives to promote holistic health, well-being, and preventive healthcare through Yoga.

On 13 March 2026, during the Yoga Mahotsay event marking the 100-day countdown to IDY, the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY) signed an MoU with Habuild Health Tech Private Limited. This collaboration brings to life the “100 Days Free Live Yoga Sessions” under the Yoga 365 campaign, encouraging mass participation and integrating Yoga into daily life.

Highlights of the initiative:
• 14-day structured Yoga practice challenges led by experts from MDNIY and Habuild Health Tech.
• Multiple slots during the 100-day period to maximize participation.
• Live sessions broadcast on the official YouTube channel of the Ministry of Ayush for global accessibility.

The Indian National Space Promotion and Authorization Centre (IN-SPACe), in collaboration with ISRO and the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA, DPA–4), invites applications for the ITEC Course: “Space Technologies for the Benefit of Mankind: Indo–African Perspective”

Ministry of Ayush, Government of India is pleased to inform that the International Day of Yoga (IDY) has been observed globally every year on 21st June since its adoption by the United Nations General Assembly in 2014, following the proposal by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India.

Over the years, IDY has evolved into a mass global movement, witnessing enthusiastic participation from Indian Missions/Posts abroad, foreign governments, institutions, and yoga practitioners across the world. The Prime Minister's Awards for Yoga were instituted to recognize and honour outstanding contributions towards the promotion and development of Yoga at national and international levels.

The Ministry of Ayush has uploaded the notification inviting applications for the Prime Minister's Awards for Yoga 2026 on the Rashtriya Puraskar Portal (https://www.awards.gov.in).

The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) invites participation in the 17th PRINTPACK INDIA International Exhibition, scheduled to be held at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR, India, from 30 January to 03 February 2027.

The exhibition, spread over 100,000 SQM, will showcase a wide range of technologies and solutions including printing presses, in-press and post-press equipment, finishing and converting solutions, digital and signage technologies, packaging machinery and materials, corrugation, printing and publishing solutions, paper and paper products, logistics and transportation, measuring and testing equipment, and other related segments.

The previous 16th edition of PRINTPACK INDIA, held from 01–05 February 2025, witnessed participation from 565 companies from India and abroad and recorded over 141,000 business visitors. The event generated business enquiries worth approximately INR 3,428 crores and spot business deals worth about INR 1,475 crores, highlighting the growing strength of the Indian printing and packaging industry.

To facilitate overseas business visitors, IPAMA will provide complimentary airport pick-up and drop facilities as well as local transport between the hotel and the exhibition venue during the event. Additionally, up to two nights of complimentary hotel accommodation will be provided to the Leader of any business delegation consisting of 15 or more members.
