🇬🇧🏗️ The economic boom in Ludvika continues to attract considerable interest. This was clear last Friday, when around 100 representatives from the construction, property and urban development sectors, both locally and nationally, gathered at Folkets hus to learn more about the golden opportunity.
Under the heading “Ludvika is growing: From power to property”, the focus was on housing, investment and opportunities.
– It's not that something is about to happen. It's happening now. We've invested here because we believe in Ludvika, and we'll continue to do so. We're delighted that more people want to invest, because that investment is needed, emphasised Jens Möllberg, CEO of Sakofall Fastigheter.
Participants heard about current and upcoming construction projects, development plans and financing opportunities. A panel discussion also explored what is needed to encourage further construction.
A special thank you to Hitachi Energy, which welcomed participants for a site visit after the event at Folkets hus. The visit took them to the former ASEA building, where the company's new restaurant is taking shape.
