Each year we seek out the homes that are often overlooked — the ones not backed by large organizations, yet doing deeply meaningful work on the ground. These are places filled with compassion, run by people who give tirelessly despite having very little themselves. We take the time to understand their most pressing needs — what they require simply to function well, to keep their doors open, and to continue serving those who rely on them every single day.
It could be basic necessities, operational support, or resources they’ve gone without for far too long. Whatever it is, we set aside funds with a clear purpose — not just to help them, but to empower them to continue helping others. Because when we strengthen these homes, we strengthen the entire chain of care and compassion that reaches the most vulnerable.
This year, with your support we are humbled to support 10 such homes.

Sometimes, the simplest ideas create the most lasting change.
Through our goat-rearing initiative, we provide goats to families in impoverished villages—families who have little, but the will to build a better life. With care and dedication, they rear these goats, earning an income by selling milk or the offspring. What begins as a small act of support becomes a lifeline for an entire family.
We started with just 30 goats in one village. Today, that effort has grown into another village, and it continues to flourish—because we believe in growing with purpose, one success at a time.
What makes this project even more meaningful is its cycle of giving. After a year, each family returns one young goat, which then becomes the beginning of hope for another family in another village. A chain of kindness… one life helping another.
We work closely with local NGOs to ensure this effort is sustainable, responsible, and truly impactful.
This is not just about goats.
It’s about dignity.
It’s about self-reliance.
It’s about creating a future where help today becomes hope for tomorrow.
Together, we are not just giving—we are empowering.

Somewhere along a roadside… at a bus depot… or a train station… a child was left behind.
Not because she wasn’t loved—but because her family lacked the means or strength to care for a child with special needs.
Today, these daughters—mentally and physically challenged, aged 4 to 18—have found a home in a shelter that refuses to give up on them. Over 20 of them now depend entirely on this care for even their most basic needs.
Something as simple as a diaper becomes essential. Many require 3 to 4 changes a day—not just for hygiene, but for dignity and comfort.
We have taken it upon ourselves to support 8 to 10 of these girls daily, ensuring this basic need is consistently met.
It may seem small… but to them, it means everything.
Because when no one else stood by them, compassion did.
Together, we are not just providing diapers…
We are restoring dignity.
We are reminding them—they are not forgotten. ❤️

No one should ever have to face old age alone.
Through this intiative we have adopted 60 senior citizens—many abandoned, unwell, and without support. These are lives that once gave so much, yet found themselves forgotten when they needed care the most.
In partnership with an NGO working the grassroots, for the last 4 years we've been providing them with daily meals—simple nourishment served with compassion. But beyond food, each meal is a reminder that they are seen, valued, and not alone.
A warm meal may ease hunger, but kindness restores dignity.
Together, we are bringing comfort, respect, and a sense of belonging back into their golden years—made possible by hearts like yours.
Let us continue to care, to give, and to ensure no one is left behind.

We believe in second chances and new beginnings. Our sewing project empowers single mothers from marginalized villages—women who were once left with few options. Through sewing training, 50+ graduates have started their own tailoring businesses or joined the textile industry, earning stable incomes. These women are beacons of hope, inspiring others to rise. We’ve begun the third round of training and plan to take this to another 9 villages that we support. Join us in sewing a brighter future!

Since 2014, our Arpana has grown from a couple of people into a movement of over 300 compassionate contributors, reaching more than 2,000 beneficiaries each year. Through this project, our focus is transforming lives through education. We've adopted nine marginalized villages—no electricity, low school attendance, and limited hope. But step by step, we’re breaking that cycle. With daily tuition support, healthy snacks, and a pathway to further education, we’ve seen revular school attendance soar from 35% to 98%. Together, we’re not just educating children—we’re igniting a future. Join us on this journey!

Project Arpana is committed to helping those who are unseen, unheard, and unsupported. We focus on individuals, small charities, and NGOs organizations that struggle to find donors but have an urgent need for help.
Whether it’s feeding hungry children or caring for neglected seniors, we step in where support is scarce. Because no one should be left behind due to a lack of visibility.
Join us in making every contribution count.
