ICA Learning Journey
Our NUS NPCC members recently embarked on a meaningful Learning Journey to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)’s Next Chapter 2026 exhibition at Marina Bay Sands.
With the theme “Our Next Chapter – Embracing Innovation, Empowered by Technology”, our members gained first-hand insights into how ICA leverages cutting-edge technology and innovation to safeguard Singapore’s borders.
The experience provided our members with a deeper appreciation of the scale, complexity, and impact of ICA’s operations.
A big thank you to ICA for hosting and inspiring our members through this enriching experience!

We were privileged to have officers from the Ministry of Home Affairs and Home Team agencies visit NUS to share with our students about the Ministry of Home Affairs scholarships, as well as the diverse career pathways and responsibilities within the Home Team. Through their sharing, our students gained meaningful perspectives on public service, leadership, and professional development.

Over the past months, our members had the opportunity to support and contribute to various CSI conducts across different training courses, reaffirming our commitment to service, mentorship, and the development of the NPCC community.
📍 YTSS NPCC Band CSI Conduct — 13 Nov
📍 CIBTC CSI Conduct (Run 1) — 25 Nov
📍 HOBTC + CIBTC CSI Conduct (Run 2) — 10 Dec
Each session provided a platform for meaningful engagement, where experiences were shared, standards were upheld, and learning was fostered across different levels of training. Through these CSI conducts, our members demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility in supporting the growth of fellow officers and cadets.
We are proud of the consistent effort and teamwork shown throughout all three events, and we look forward to continuing our contributions in shaping future leaders of the Corps. 💙✨

A big congratulations to our NUS NPCC members for successfully completing HOBTC (Honorary Officers Basic Training Course). Your hard work, discipline, and perseverance throughout the course truly exemplify the NPCC values and the spirit of service. Each of you has shown outstanding commitment in stepping up, learning actively, and pushing yourselves to grow as future leaders of the Corps.
We are incredibly proud of your achievements and the professionalism you displayed from start to finish. May this milestone inspire you to continue contributing to the NPCC family with confidence, passion, and purpose. 💙✨
We would also like to extend our warmest congratulations to Haritha, one of our dedicated EXCO members, who was invited to return to HOBTC as a guest lecturer. This invitation is a testament to her capability, leadership, and contributions to NPCC at large. Her involvement not only reflects her personal excellence but also brings pride to NUS NPCC as a whole.
Well done to all — onwards to even greater heights together. 💙💛

Congratulations to our former Executive Officer, Muiz Rahman, and the NUS NPCC Team on receiving the 2025 NUS Achievement Award’s (NAA) Commendation Award! The NAA is NUS’ most prestigious, and only university-level award, honouring the exceptional achievements of students beyond academics. This award celebrates Team NUS NPCC’s contributions to the NPCC Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) Instructor and Teacher Officer Training Course, as well as their efforts to ensure safety and security on campus. Well done, Team NUS NPCC!

In October, our NUS NPCC members teamed up with the NUS Campus Emergency and Security (CES) for a meaningful collaboration — the Anti-Vape Joint Patrol Exercise on campus!
As student ambassadors, our members proudly serve as role models and advocates for a healthier, vape-free NUS. Through the joint patrols, they had the chance to engage with the NUS community — sharing about the harmful effects of va**ng and substance abuse, raising awareness of the penalties involved, and highlighting the support avenues available for those who need them.
Together, we hope to inspire positive lifestyle choices and foster a supportive, vibrant NUS community!
