Meet Clara from National Heritage Board, whose team created Reunion Social Space (Reunion). Reunion is Singapore's first museum-based social space dedicated for seniors to enjoy curated programmes and build stronger relationships with other seniors and caregivers.
This meaningful initiative was made possible through National Museum of Singapore's collaboration with architects, healthcare professionals and, most importantly, seniors and caregivers themselves.
