On May 24, we celebrate the Day of Slavic Literature and Culture — a holiday that unites generations through language, literature, and tradition.

On this day, we honor Saints Cyril and Methodius, the creators of the Slavic alphabet, whose work gave Slavic peoples the gift of writing and the ability to preserve knowledge, history, and culture through the centuries.

The Russian language, literature, music, poetry, and spiritual heritage continue to connect people around the world — including here in Singapore.

May the power of words inspire us, culture bring us together, and interest in Slavic traditions continue to grow.

Russian athletes are back on the world stage without restrictions 🇷🇺🥊

The International Federation of Muaythai Associations (IFMA) has officially fully reinstated the rights of Russian athletes across all age categories.

Already this June, the Russian national team will compete at the World Championships and World Youth Championships in Malaysia with its strongest lineup — including multiple world champions Konstantin Shakhtarin, Askhab Akhmedov, and Ovsep Aslanyan.

At the New Manege in Moscow, designer Elena Baranova presented the new collection of SKOLKA — a brand inspired by the rich heritage of Russian lace-making and the artistic traditions of the Russian North.

The name SKOLKA comes from the word “skolok” — a lace pattern scheme used in traditional craftsmanship. The collection combines handmade techniques with natural fabrics such as linen, silk, and guipure lace, transforming cultural heritage into modern silhouettes.

🌿 Sacred symbols — diamonds, circles, waves, birds, and the Tree of Life — become part of a contemporary visual language, connecting tradition, femininity, and modern design.

A dialogue between heritage and fashion, where every detail carries memory and meaning.

Today we celebrate one of the most fascinating and beloved Russian writers — Mikhail Bulgakov.

“Manuscripts don’t burn” — a famous line from The Master and Margarita — has become a symbol of the enduring power of art and the written word.
