On 24 May, the Central District held its Hand Over-Take Over Ceremony & Annual General Meeting to welcome the incoming batch of Central District Management’s Key Appointment Holders. 

Aspirations for the upcoming year were shared, encouragement to the incoming batch were given and the torch was passed on to a new and excited team 🔥

A huge thank you to everyone who came down to support and witness this meaningful milestone 🙌

On 13 May, Secondary 1 Junior Cadets across Central District proudly took their first step into their NCC journey at the Central Affirmation Ceremony 2025 where they learnt more about NCC and the SAF. 

In the presence of their peers, Teacher Officers and Cadet Officers, they proudly recited the NCC Pledge, affirming their dedication to serve the Corps with discipline and resilience 🫡

Here’s to more milestones ahead! 💪💛

Over an intensive 10-day journey at HQ NCC, our newly appointed Cadet Officers gained invaluable leadership skills and honed their technical expertise, preparing them to inspire and lead Cadets in the acquisition of knowledge and skills. 📖✨

Did you know‼️

According to a survey done in 2020 by the Ministry of Health, 13.4% of surveyors had poor mental health, up from 12.5% in 2017. This is an increase of about 127,000 per year.😧

Today marks the 53rd year which the National Cadet Corps (NCC) was formalized as the Singapore's sole military cadet organization.

Did you know? NCC was formed by the merger of the then separate cadet forces affiliated to the young SAF.

AGM 2020 has ended on a high note.

As 2020 is coming to a close, we would like to thank our DC, CPT (NCC) Isaac Low for his meaningful contributions to our Central family for the past 3 years.

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome our new DC, LTA (NCC) Aqilah into our Central District family!
