We are two individuals with years of experience serving and working with seniors. Based on these problems identified, we decided to set up BiS in Nov 2019.

These seniors mainly come from lower income and are staying in HDB rental units. Through the years, we identified that these seniors need people centric services. For example, providing groceries based on their needs rather than guessing and pushing the groceries to them.
