Tomorrow is the International Day of Persons with Disabilities! 🙌🏻 This year's theme was innovation and transformative solutions for , but did you know there are things we can do to be in our daily lives, particularly at work?

Individuals can start by learning more about disabilities before making assumptions & by doing simple things like turning on Closed Captioning (CC), including alt text in our work files so that it is screen reader friendly, and making sure that meeting locations are wheelchair accessible. Meanwhile, as a company, you can be more accommodating to accessibility needs & practise inclusive hiring to promote workplace equality and help your team reach their full potential.

Hide & Seek will continue to reach out to new allies through our consulting and design services, so that we can work together to make a society in which people are valued for their abilities a reality!

The third quarter of 2022 has arrived in a flash! As we continue in our role as TomoWork SG’s creative partner, Hide & Seek is delighted to support the launch of the TomoWork Talent Explorer Programme this September. This two-week programme, which runs from 19 September to 29 September 2022, is a short and fun way for you to explore potential career paths before entering the workforce! 🕵️‍♀️🕵️

Congratulations to all the TomoWork Talent Accelerator Programme graduates! Their final presentations in front of alumni, leading companies and Guest-of-Honour Mr Eric Chua, Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Culture, Community, and Youth & Ministry of Social and Family Developments were impressive and demonstrated their readiness to embark on an exciting new chapter in their career journey. Hide & Seek is proud to have played a part in the ex*****on of this programme and to be able to witness everyone's hard work and growth over the last 12 weeks! 🥳🎉

As always, it was a pleasure to continue our collaboration with our long-term partners TomoWork SG and Temasek Polytechnic to empower students with to achieve their full potential. We are excited about what the next collaborations will bring!

The final preparations for the upcoming Talent Accelerator Programme with the TomoWork SG & Temasek Polytechnic teams have been completed ✅! We are always excited to be working together in-person to deliver this meaningful program that will empower our participants with to kickstart their careers!

Coming in March 2022, the TomoWork Talent Accelerator Programme is a well-rounded training programme tailored to graduating students & recent alumni with Special Educational Needs from local Polytechnics and ITEs to help chart future-ready career paths in today’s job market. Not only will participants gain professional work experience, but they will also earn in-demand digital certifications from top companies while receiving a $1,200 stipend!
