Longvale RN Monthly Estate Walk + DIY magic sponge craft activity.

A beautiful Sunday morning well spent! Our residents came together for a leisurely walk around our estate — soaking in the fresh air and keeping active — before channelling their creativity into crafting charming pieces of magic sponge artwork.
It was heartwarming to see so many smiling faces and busy hands at work. Young at heart as always, our residents made the most of this morning of light exercise, laughter, and community bonding. Here's to many more meaningful mornings together! 🌿🎨

Hi Longvale Residents, our precinct has been selected for the Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP).

This programme provides a significant opportunity to upgrade existing amenities and introduce new facilities, enhancing the living environment for all residents. ECTC would like to understand our level of support for the proposed improvements and gather your feedback on the amenities that matter most to us.

Each household is required to submit only one response. You may either scan the QR code to complete it online or drop your completed form in Hardcopy into the collection box at level 1 lift lobby. (Hardcopies were distributed directly to out units)
