Under the proposed cooperation, the parties will form a joint venture for services between Singapore and Vietnam. The Parties will cooperate on, among other things, scheduling, pricing, sales and marketing, and other commercial areas (including expanded codesharing cooperation and enhanced special prorate agreements), to create a metal-neutral alliance for services between Singapore and Vietnam.

From now to 22 April, 5pm, provide your feedback at go.gov.sg/ccsonlineform on the impact of the proposed cooperation on competition.

AOX Pte. Ltd. was found to be misusing CCS’s logo in their marketing materials to promote its water filters. In their physical outlets, there was a statement stating, “Our findings were verified by Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore”.

❌ However, CCS never verified any of their findings. The statement was untrue and misleading to consumers.

AOX has since given an undertaking to cease the use of CCS’s logo and refrain from engaging in unfair trade practices.

CCS is seeking your feedback on proposed commitments from SP Mobility Pte. Ltd.’s acquisition of Strides YTL Pte. Ltd.

Feedback received during the earlier Phase 1 review suggested that the acquisition may impact competition for EV charging points at HDB carparks in East region of Singapore (e.g. HDB estates like Bedok, Tampines areas).

To address these competition concerns, SP Mobility proposed a set of commitments for consideration:
✅ EV charging prices won't increase beyond current levels
✅ No discriminatory pricing against East region drivers
✅ 3-year commitment period with CCS oversight

From now to 13 April 2026, 5pm, provide your feedback on the proposed commitments via go.gov.sg/ccsonlineform to have your say in maintaining fair competition in Singapore’s growing EV charging network.
