The North West CDC, together with Kimberly-Clark Asia Pacific HQ, is providing temporary diaper assistance for financially challenged households with young children.

Successful applicants will receive 6 packs of diapers delivered to their home.

Application period: 6 β 26 April 2026
π Delivery will be arranged after approval (office hours).
Who can apply?
β’ Singapore Citizen / PR household (with at least one Singaporean member)
β’ Monthly household income β€ $3,500 OR per capita income β€ $1,000
β’ Living in the North West District
β’ Child aged 4 years and below (born after 1 Jan 2022)
