Post Circuit Breaker Situation - Back in action!

Happy to have Channel NewsAsia shooting an interview with mentor & entrepreneur advisor Mr Roland Turner at SmartSpace. Watch out for the special COVID-19 programme out in December!

In view of the current COVID-19 situation, SmartSpace has implemented precautionary measures that are in line with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Workplace guidelines.

Please note the following measures which would take immediate effect from 6PM today:-

1) Studio Entry and Checks at the Reception Counter
a) To gain entry into the Studio, please use only the Main Entrance. The #36 door will no longer be assessible.
b) Members & Visitors are required to comply to the following procedures at the Reception Counter:
• Temperature Screening
• Completion of Declaration Form
• Use of Hand Sanitizers

2) No Entry for those who are Unwell / have high temperature
Do note that we will strictly deny entry to Members & Visitors who are feeling unwell or who have registered a high temperature reading.

3) Limit Physical Meetings Arrangements
a) Where possible, we highly encourage that you and your team work from home during this period to be safe.
b) Teleconferencing & video-conferencing are excellent ways to reduce your risk & avoid unnecessary exposure.

4) Practice Social Distancing
a) Seats in the Common Areas, e.g. Courtyard, Pantry, Meeting Rooms, etc, will now be placed at least 1-metre distance apart, or have signages which are marked for non-use.
b) At your workstations, please ensure wide physical spacing between yourselves & the next colleague; please avoid crowding around.

Please note that failure to comply with the above measures will result in suspension of further use of our Studio. We may also be required to report non-compliance to MOM.
