As a showcase of their Term 2 learning, our talents from EcoSTEM Club and Science Club participated in BrainFest 2026, organised by the Science Centre Singapore.

Through hands-on challenges, they applied scientific concepts and sustainability principles learnt in the TDPs to solve real-world problems. In the process, they developed critical thinking and collaboration skills.

Our talents learnt the importance of keeping an open mind and gained a deeper appreciation of how science can improve lives. Well done for demonstrating curiosity, resilience, and a commitment to making a positive impact through science! 🧪

🦖 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘆 🌿

From towering dinosaurs to fascinating plant discoveries, our Pri 6 students enjoyed an exciting interdisciplinary learning journey at Gardens by the Bay.

At the Cloud Forest, they explored animal adaptations through interactive exhibits and lifelike mechanical dinosaurs. At the Flower Dome, they investigated how plants adapt to different environments through a self-directed iPad activity. 📱

It was a day filled with curiosity, collaboration and plenty of meaningful discoveries! ✨😊

🐒 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟯 𝗭𝗼𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🚌

In the last week of Term 2, our Pri 3 students had a roaring good time at the Singapore Zoo, bringing their STEM learning to life in a vibrant, real-world setting!

Led by our dedicated teachers and the zoo’s educational staff, our Marists explored habitat design by analysing animal enclosures and enrichment toys. They discovered how science, engineering and mathematics work together to support animal well-being, comfort and happiness. 🐾

From observing unique animal behaviours to learning about conservation efforts, it was a day filled with curiosity, critical thinking and meaningful learning! 🐯

🎬 𝟲𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 🎬

This year’s Awards Ceremony was a meaningful reflection on the Marist journey and the people, memories, and values that continue to shape our school community. Through skits, performances, and prize presentations, the ceremony brought everyone together in appreciation and gratitude.

As we celebrate the achievements of our Marists, we also took time to appreciate our heritage campus and the many moments shared within its walls. Here’s to honouring our past, appreciating the present, and looking ahead to the next chapter together! 💙

今年的校庆颁奖典礼通过“过去、现在与未来”为主题的话剧与演出，带领全体师生一同回顾我们学校一路走来的集体回忆。

从校园生活的点滴，到对未来的展望，每一个环节都承载着深厚的意义。典礼上颁发的多个奖项，旨在表扬学生们在不同领域上的努力与成长。

在此校园的最后一年，这场典礼让大家体会到我们海星的传承精神，也让大家满怀希望、共同迈向新篇章。💙

𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀

As part of the 68th Founder's Day Stellabrations, our Marists from both Primary and Secondary sections engaged in a dialogue with visiting Marist Brothers from East Asia.

Through the dialogue, our students gained a deeper appreciation of our Marist values. The stories shared by our visitors were a meaningful reminder of how our heritage continues through service, and how living simply and humbly keeps the Marist spirit alive in our community and mission. 🌟

✨ 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 ✨

From the Founder’s Day Mass in the morning to a full day of carnival fun, Stellabrations brought both our Primary and Secondary sections together through games, laughter, and shared memories. Led by our Marists and supported by our partners, it was a day filled with joy and school spirit! 💙

今年的 Stellabrations 以庄严温馨的校庆弥撒拉开序幕，随后全校师生齐聚一堂，一起参与由学生精心筹办的嘉年华活动!

从游戏及美食摊位，到校园里此起彼落的欢笑声，处处都洋溢着热闹与欢乐的气氛。这是属于全体师生的共同回忆，也充分展现了浓厚的一家精神!💙

【文武双全，快乐加满！二年级武术与四年级象棋课程】

在刚刚结束的第二学段中，二年级和四年级的海星学子们展现了活力与成长。二年级的小小武术家们从最初的摇摇晃晃，到现在的拳脚生风，锻炼了身体，也深刻理解了坚持与尊重的意义。四年级的象棋小军师们在棋盘上展开了智慧的较量，从基础走法到能静心思考简单战术，他们在对弈中不仅提升了自己的棋艺，还收获了珍贵的友谊。每一滴汗水和每一次思考，都是孩子们快乐成长的见证。

𝗵𝗲𝗔𝗥𝗧𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀

heARTs Fiesta brought the Marist community together through music, dance, and art. Students showcased their talents through the S*F Distinction string ensemble performance and Marist Got Talent, featuring violin, piano, drums, and dance items.🎹🎻🥁

The celebration also included hands-on activities such as shrink art, silkscreen printing inspired by iconic Maris Stella spaces, and a food character illustration workshop. A meaningful day of creativity, expression, and community through the arts ❤️🧑‍🎨

📚 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲

In this final week of term, the Marist Book Lab (MBL) team collaborated with our Secondary section to organise a book giveaway drive during recesses. Helmed by the Library Monitors, our Marists were delighted to select English and Chinese books to bring home.

The blind book giveaway was a huge hit, with Secondary school Marists carefully wrapping selected books, some containing golden tickets. Students who found a golden ticket could answer a question related to their book to redeem a gift. Nothing like a little mystery to make reading more exciting!

𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

From February to April, our ELS debaters took part in the Singapore Secondary Schools Debating Championships, a national competition involving 64 schools.

Congratulations to our Semi-Finalists for their sharp thinking, eloquence and resilience under pressure! 👏 Special mention to Joel Tong, who was named 17th Best Speaker. ✨
