Reckless and inconsiderate behaviour on the roads continues to cost lives. Traffic deaths in Singapore have reached a 10-year high, with many cases described as avoidable. Speeding, drink driving, and careless actions are not just offences under the law. They can change lives in an instant.
Behind every case are victims and families who bear the consequences. From life altering injuries to the loss of a loved one, these outcomes are often irreversible. What may seem like a small or rushed decision can lead to lasting harm.
Safer roads start with everyday choices. Slow down, give way and be patient. Looking out for one another reduces risk, keeps traffic moving smoothly, and helps ensure everyone gets home safely to their loved ones.

🍫12 Tonnes of chocolate was reported to be stolen last week, don’t let your personal details be next! 💸
Scammers have been impersonating DBS and POSB banks and sent victims emails claiming that their digital tokens have expired.
Victims are tricked into clicking embedded links to ‘re-activate’ their tokens. The links lead to fake websites that steal victims’ personal and banking details. 🎣
Remember:
✅ Banks will never send you texts or emails with clickable links.
✅ Never disclose your personal information, internet banking and social media account log-in details, and one-time passwords (OTPs) to anyone
✅ Always check the sender’s addresses for discrepancies, and call the bank’s fraud hotline immediately if you suspect your banking or card details to be compromised
