On 23 January, Civil Service College Singapore (CSC) had the pleasure of hosting Dr Subho Banerjee, Deputy Commissioner, Head of the Australian Public Service Academy (APSA) and Capability, Australian Public Service Commission. Dr Banerjee's visit coincided with his attendance at the Global Government Summit, providing an excellent opportunity for knowledge exchange between our organisations.
The discussions were enriching as we explored current trends in public sector learning and capability development. We shared insights on our respective journeys towards performance-anchored learning approaches and discussed how AI-powered learning innovations hold significant potential for transforming public sector development.
These exchanges highlight the value of international collaboration in advancing public sector capability development, and we look forward to continued partnership between our organisations! 🇸🇬🇦🇺

On 23 January, Civil Service College Singapore (CSC) welcomed Mr Esala Nayasi, Deputy Secretary General of the Pacific Islands Forum.
DSG Esala was keen to learn about Singapore's leadership development framework and CSC's approach to developing public sector leadership competencies. The meeting sparked engaging discussions on leadership milestone programmes, values integration across the civil service, and CSC's existing engagements with the Pacific. There were also discussions on potential collaboration opportunities and how CSC could support Pacific leadership development through our international programmes and consultancy work.
We were glad to host DSG Esala and look forward to future collaboration opportunities with the Pacific Islands Forum in capacity building and leadership development!

On 16 December, Civil Service College Singapore (CSC) welcomed H.E. Counsellor Shireen Al Zadjali, Chargé d'affaires of the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman, and a delegation from the National Defence College of Oman, led by Rear Admiral Ali Bin Abdullah Bin Mohammed Al Shidi, Commandant of the National Defence College (NDC).
The officials were participants of a leadership development course by the NDC, which included a study visit programme to Singapore. As part of their visit to CSC, the delegation was keen to learn about capacity building capabilities across the Singapore Public Service and approach to developing public sector leadership competencies. The meeting sparked engaging discussions on training approaches for public sector officers, performance management, and CSC’s executive leadership development programmes. There were also discussions on how CSC could bring the Singapore experience to Oman via the programmes organised by NDC.
We were glad to host the delegation and look forward to future collaboration opportunities with NDC in capacity building and leadership development! 🇸🇬🇴🇲

Civil Service College Singapore (CSC) concluded our working visit to the Gulf States with a stop in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from 4-5 December 2025.
The CSC team engaged with our key partner - the Department of Government Enablement - Abu Dhabi (DGE) / Gov Academy in Abu Dhabi and visited Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBR School of Government) in Dubai.
We had valuable exchanges on leadership development and capability building, sharing our experiences, and exploring opportunities for collaboration. We look forward to translating these discussions into meaningful collaborations and strengthening our partnership with the UAE!🇸🇬🇦🇪

On 2-3 December 2025, Civil Service College Singapore CCSC) visited Qatar as part of our ongoing working trip to strengthen our partnerships with longstanding partners.
During our visit in Qatar, we had meaningful engagements with Civil Service and Government Development Bureau ديوان الخدمة المدنية والتطوير الحكومي (CGB), Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) Executive Education Centre, Institute of Public Administration (IPA), Qatar Finance and Business Academy (QFBAcademy), and Qatar Leadership Centre (QLC).
The meetings provided valuable opportunities to exchange ideas and insights on learning and development, leadership development, and capacity building. We look forward to deepening these valuable partnerships with our Qatar partners!🇸🇬🇶🇦

Civil Service College Singapore (CSC) recently embarked on a working trip to the Gulf States to reconnect with our partners.
Our first stop was Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from 30 November to 1 December 2025, where the CSC team met with the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) (معهد الإدارة العامة- نحو تنمية إدارية أفضل), Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), Missions and Initiatives Office (IMO), Strategic Management Office (SMO) and Takamol Holding.
We had fruitful discussions, exchanged insights on capability building and explored collaboration opportunities. We are excited about the journey ahead and to continue strengthening our partnerships with Saudi Arabia!🇸🇬🇸🇦

Civil Service College Singapore recently concluded the 23rd Second Echelon Brunei-Singapore Civil Service Exchange Programme (CSEP), welcoming senior officers from Brunei and Singapore for a four-day programme in Singapore from 3rd to 6th November 2025. This longstanding collaboration between Civil Service College Singapore and our Brunei partner, Institut Perkhidmatan Awam IPA.bn (IPA) continues to enable participants from both countries to forge meaningful relationships and share best practices.
This year's theme, "Charting Our Future Together," captured the spirit of the various discussions on reimagining public service delivery, embracing digital transformation, and leading through uncertainty during the programme. Participants gained valuable perspectives through learning journeys at Our Tampines Hub's integrated services, ServiceSG Centre's citizen-first approach, and
ITE College Central's innovative learning environment. They also bonded through a shared cooking experience!
Beyond knowledge sharing, the programme fostered lasting friendships and opened doors for continued collaboration. We look forward to the next run!🇸🇬🤝🇧🇳

Civil Service College Singapore (CSC) was honoured to host a delegation from the Qatar Leadership Centre (QLC), led by General Manager, Mr Abdulla Mohammed Khalifa Al Binali, on 21 October 2025.

On 22 October, Civil Service College Singapore (CSC) welcomed a delegation from the Thai Office of the Civil Service Commission สำนักงาน ก.พ. (OCSC) and the Civil Service Training Institute (CSTI). On the sidelines of the 15th Civil Service Exchange Programme meeting, the delegation visited CSC to learn about CSC's Digital Learning Ecosystem, LEARN, and exchange insights on e-learning content development and instructional design practices.
The meeting sparked rich discussions about digital transformation in learning, AI-powered content creation and integrated learning ecosystems. The delegation also had the chance to explore our LEARN platform and enjoyed a tour of CSC where they saw how we infuse new technologies and innovative space design to better meet the needs of our learners.

On the last day of the 17th Leaders in Governance Programme (LGP), our participants engaged in an insightful exchange during the Closing Dialogue with Mr Chan Chun Sing, Coordinating Minister for Public Services, Minister for Defence, Minister-in-charge of the Public Service.
We are grateful to Minister Chan for hosting the dialogue. Our international and local participants benefited greatly from the fruitful dialogue session!
