This is one of the reasons for the set up of this playgroup. To encourage play among children and be able to reach out as much as we can in our own means.

re:PLAY is set up to be a regular playgroup on community grounds where the children repurpose materials and give them a new purpose - to give themselves pleasure and fun with other little ones!
The use of their creative hands and imaginative skills will let little ones explore and discover ways to entertain and enrich themselves concurrently in an organic style .
that’s how most of my generation played and many of us reminisces the fun we had - sitting in carton boxes, fabricating our own toys from whatever is left around in the house!
we hope to let little ones discover fun ways to entertain themselves at home with familiar materials lying around at home used at our playgroup!
today, our kids only know friends from school, friends from enrichment class, few know their neighbours. this is limiting their social interaction which affects their ability to empathise, communicate with others, solve conflicts, playing in groups.
with re:PLAY, it is also our vision to be a regular monthly playgroup for parents to drop their kids off to play, to mingle, to create with other kids; let the kids explore outside of their comfort zone and learn through play. this also gives parents the opportunities to make friends with other parents and take five from their parenting role and re-live their own childhood!
