Building Confidence in Skills and Industry Relevance

IBF was delighted to join and at the launch of the CFA Program Level I Accreditation by IBF.

The programโ€™s alignment with the Skills Framework for Financial Services gives both participants and employers confidence in its quality and relevance to the sectorโ€™s needs.

Beyond skills alignment, the accreditation enables:

โœ”๏ธ Participants of the program to be eligible for IBF Certification (IBF Qualified), an industry-recognised mark of skills mastery
โœ”๏ธ Access to funding support for eligible individuals or employers
โœ”๏ธ Clearer career pathways and enhanced employability for financial sector professionals

IBFโ€™s mission is to uplift skills, support skills recognition and strengthen career mobility for the financial sector workforce, and we are pleased to partner with CFA Institute and CFA Society Singapore in our efforts through the accreditation of this program which helps to build up key competencies within the workforce.

Congratulations once again on this milestone.

๐ŸŒŸ The Future Skills Forum 2025 concluded with a strong reminder: shaping the future of skills and jobs in the age of AI is a shared responsibility.

Across the sessions, industry leaders, innovators, educators, and workforce representatives explored how AI and GenAI are reshaping financial services โ€” and how organisations can harness these technologies to drive growth, resilience, and inclusion. ๐Ÿค–

At IBF, our mission goes beyond building AI capabilities. We are focused on nurturing the confidence and curiosity needed for continuous learning. Guided by the 3 Ups โ€” Uplift, Upskill, and Upbuild, we remain committed to strengthening every segment of Singaporeโ€™s financial workforce for the new AI age.

Key takeaways from the Forum:
- Shaping the future of skills and jobs is a shared responsibility
- AI may accelerate change, but organisations and workers can โ€” and must โ€” seize the opportunities it brings
- Digital transformation is ultimately not about technology; it is about people

A big thank you to , all supporting organisations and speakers for your invaluable contributions. The insights shared will continue to guide our efforts to enhance skills development and workforce readiness across the sector.
