Some choose to give back in ways that feel meaningful to them ๐
Thatโs what volunteering with the Singapore Police Force looks like for many of us here. We do our part to contribute to the community, support others, and simply be part of something bigger โ quietly & purposefully ๐ฑ
If youโve ever been curious about what volunteering with SPF is really like, come have a chat with us at Causeway Point and see if it resonates with you ๐

On 13 and 14 January 2026, our officers from Choa Chu Kang NPC Community Policing Unit (CPU) conducted crime prevention engagement sessions for newly enrolled students and staff at ITE College West. The sessions focused on common youth-related crimes, with officers highlighting the importance of responsible decision-making and the serious consequences of criminal behaviour.
The sessions also included a casual chit-chat segment under the Coffee with a Cop initiative, where officers shared information about common scams and engaged participants in open discussion.
These engagement sessions gave students and staff the opportunity to interact directly with officers, ask questions, and gain practical insights on staying safe and making positive life choices.

๐ Received a call from your โbankโ that later transfers you to the โPoliceโ?
Thatโs not a usual process. Thatโs a scam. ๐ง
Watch how scammers impersonate banks and the Police, and allege victimsโ involvement in criminal activity.
Scammers would pressure victims to โcooperateโ by transferring money or threaten legal actions by the "Police".
Unsure if itโs a scam? Stop. Hang up. Call the 24/7 ScamShield Helpline at 1799 to check.
โ ๏ธ REMEMBER: Government officials will NEVER ask you to:
โข Transfer money
โข Share bank login details or OTPs
โข Install apps from unofficial app stores
โข Or transfer your call to the Police
๐ชTogether, letโs ACT against scams! ๐ช
Government Officials Impersonation Scams are on the rise but staying safe starts with knowing the signs.
Remember โ Government officials will never ask you to transfer money, disclose bank log-in details, install mobile apps from unofficial app stores, or transfer your call to the Police.
When in doubt, check with official sources or call the 24/7 ScamShield Helpline at 1799 to check if it is a scam.
