淡滨尼天地将在5月16日下午 3点半在电影院（图书馆对面）播放《红箱缘又圆-中文影片版》。剧院3点开放让观众入场，入场免费。星期六的门票已经派完，

主办方决定在星期天5月17日傍晚5时增加一场。加演场剧组除了影片播放，海燕等人艺术总监兼《红箱缘又圆》编导林海燕将出席剧后交流会，与观众分享排练过程的乐趣与挑战。

After the movie screening, stay behind for the post-show talk with Q&A featuring the playwright cm director Lim Hai Yen. She will provide an insight into the rehearsal process.

Our day care seniors explored the stunning National Gallery Singapore today. From modern masterpieces to cultural treasures, they proved that art knows no boundaries.

We are thrilled to bring these visually enriched experiences to our seniors!

🎂ྀི⋆˙⟡生日不只是岁数的增长，而是有人把你放在心上。
这个五月，年长者们用自己的方式庆祝这一天。他们准备食物，布置桌面，分享蛋糕。

最让人印象深刻的是那一刻的声音。不同语言的生日歌此起彼落，每一个声音都坚定而真实。不匆忙，不刻意，只是彼此陪伴。

这样的时刻，让人看见选择中的尊严，参与中的喜悦，以及由人组成的社区。

🎂ྀི⋆˙⟡A birthday is not only about age. It is about being remembered.
This May, our seniors marked their special day in their own way. They planned the food, set the table, and brought out cakes to share.

What stood out was the sound. Birthday songs flowed across languages, each voice steady and present. No rush. No script. Just people showing up for one another.

You see it in moments like this. Dignity in choice. Joy in participation. A community shaped by the people within it.

We are thrilled to launch our new art-centric programme at Day Care Centre, specifically curated to enhance the well-being of our seniors.

By using the grace and discipline of dance, we aim to uplift their Physical, Social, Emotional, and Cognitive (PSEC) health.

At GEHA, we don’t just provide care, we curate experiences that create true happiness for our seniors!

🛒🛍️选择，很重要。尤其是在日常生活中。✨

4月28日，我们的年长者走进超市，带着一个简单的目标。亲手选择自己需要的物品。在海格女校学生和老师的陪伴下，这不只是一趟购物行程。

在货架之间，自然形成交流的过程。每一分钱都被用得仔细而有分寸。年长者展示了如何权衡每一个选择。学生细心观察、主动提问，也逐渐理解晚年中的独立意义。

这样的时刻，触发了我们如何看待老龄化。

感谢每一位成就这次活动的人。

🛒🛍️Choice matters. Especially when it comes to everyday living. ✨

On 28 April, our seniors stepped into the supermarket with one simple goal. To choose what they need, on their own terms. With support from students and teachers from Haig Girls' School, the experience became more than a shopping trip.

Conversion flows between aisles. Every dollar was stretched with care and intent. Seniors showed how each choice is weighed. Students observed closely, asked thoughtful questions, and began to understand what independence means in later years.

Moments like these shape how we see ageing.

昨晚圆满落幕！感谢台前幕后表演歌手与制作团队的参与和努力！这是我们在刘老师走后第二次在新加坡用纪念音乐会形式来缅怀他，希望其他华人地区陆续会有类似演出来纪念这一代音乐大师！

刘老师给了我们珍贵美好的音乐回忆，他值得一直被我们好好记得！🙏❣️😊🤩

👩🏻‍🍳🍽 我们满心欢喜地收到一箱箱的“红宝石”。
正好赶上烹饪兴趣小组开始筹备新一轮菜单。从新鲜食材出发，用心设计，为年长者准备更健康的餐点。

Right on time, our Special Interest Cooking Group got to work planning new recipes. Fresh ingredients. Thoughtful preparation. Meals shaped around better nutrition for our seniors.

Gratitude filled the room after the meal.
With heartfelt thanks to donor 胡雅琍大德, our seniors enjoyed durian crepes wrapped in soft egg crepes with smooth cream. The rich flavour brought smiles, quiet joy, and a sense of being cared for.
Smiles stayed long after the last spoonful.
