A fun-filled morning at the โKids Carnivalโ organised by Bukit Panjang RC Zone 5!
Officers from Bukit Panjang NPCโs Community Policing Unit joined in the excitement at Fajar Hills on 2 November 2025, where residents put their observation skills to test with our crime prevention photo-fit games.
It was a morning of laughter, learning, and community bonding โ a great reminder that when the community stands together, crime stands no chance.

Bukit Batok Neighbourhood Police Centre (NPC) and Bukit Panjang NPC will merge to form Bukit Batok NPC on 23 November 2025 as part of the transformation of Police's frontline operations to better address evolving security challenges and community needs.
Following the merger, Bukit Panjang NPC's service counter will close for renovation. The NPC will re-open as a redesigned Neighbourhood Police Post (NPP) in 2026. Bukit Batok NPC is already under renovation and will likewise re-open in 2026 with a refurbished self-help report-lodging area.
During the period when both NPCs are under renovation, for non-emergency cases, residents may lodge a report:
a. Online at http://www.Police.gov.sg/e-services;
b. At Bukit Panjang South NPP self-help kiosk; or
c. At Choa Chua Kang NPC if residents require in-person counter services.
For emergencies, residents should call '999'.

Bukit Panjang and Choa Chu Kang NPC officers, accompanied by popular social media influencers Stylobin and Runawaykim, visited Kranji Secondary School on 23 October 2025 to share crime prevention messages.
The students were both thrilled and surprised to meet the influencers in person, and their enthusiasm filled the hall. Through engaging conversations, the influencers encouraged students to stay away from crime, particularly shop theft, and instead channel their energy into meaningful pursuits such as studies and creative hobbies. They also shared their personal journeys as content creators, offering valuable insights on staying grounded, resilient, and responsible online.
This collaboration reflects our continued commitment to empowering youths to make positive choices and build a safer, stronger community together.๐ชโจ
