Wrapping up the first official visit of Australia’s Business Champion to Singapore Paul O’Sullivan to the Little Red Dot.
Paul met with senior decision makers and business leaders from the energy, infrastructure, healthcare, digital and financial services sectors to understand the significant potential for Australian trade and investment in Singapore, including as a hub for further regional expansion. The visit underscored the breadth of capability and the impact of Australian investment in Singapore, while highlighting opportunities to deepen cooperation with Singaporean partners. Paul will use these insights to advocate to Australian business the importance of Singapore as a trade and investment destination and partner.
Business Champions are just one of the ways in which Australia is deepening our economic ties with the Singapore and Southeast Asia, and they play an important role in delivering Invested: Australia’s Southeast Asia Economic Strategy to 2040.

🇦🇺 Cold Storage Singapore ’s Australia Food Fair is now on from 21 May to 17 June, bringing Australian food and beverage products closer to consumers across Singapore.
The launch was attended by High Commissioner to Singapore, H.E. Robyn Mudie.
Featuring over 150 Australian brands, the promotion gives consumers in Singapore the opportunity to explore the range and quality of Australian food and beverage products available in market.
Food is a familiar and practical part of the Australia–Singapore relationship connecting people through trusted products, shared standards and long-standing partnerships. In 2025, Australian agrifood exports to Singapore were valued at A$1.45 billion, reflecting the depth of this relationship.
